| Construction: | Expanded Soft packing made from a special grade PTFE resin with one side adhesive strip. |
| Application: | This expanded soft packing fills all the voids in uneven or damaged surfaces thereby giving perfect sealing. It is chemically inert and can be used with almost all chemicals. One side of the packing has an adhesive strip hence it is very easy to install. It is widely used in place of gasket. Recommended for sealing flanges, housings of pumps, compressors & gearboxes, manholes, heat exchanger, reactors, agitators, mixers, tank lids and many other such applications. |

These high density PTFE thread seal tapes are available in yellow, pink, and white colours having varius densities and widths as given below. Suitable for lines carrying propane, butane, natural gas, water, oil and chemicals, usable on all type of pipes & threads, and capable to withstand pressure upto 100 PSIG, and temp.of -240C to +260C. We also manufactures Super Seal, Kohinoor, Crown & Cooper Brand PTFE Thread Seal tapes as per BS 4375 & MIL-T-27730A.

Construction:This is a specially developed packing made of 100% pure PTFE unsintered tape.
Application:It is a cost-effective replacement of PTFE impregnated asbestos packings. PTFE 100% square packing is a self-lubricating, chemically inert, non-toxic, and a non-hazardous material. It is very flexible packing and provides more efficient sealing with very low friction characteristics. This packing can be used against corrosive chemicals, solvents, oils and petroleum by products and oxygen service widely used for water handling equipments, liquid oxygen pumps, valves etc.
