Cones of various diameters 2 20, 3 30, 4 20, 5 57 & 9 15, different size and length are available. Y-cones for sewing thread are produced. Sandeep Plastic also produces tubes for cheese/TFO/OE and texturizing with bull nose and cut nose top. The eccentricity is within standard and fitting is done as per manufacturers specifications. The tubes have different surfaces to suit cotton, wool and synthetic yarn.

We also manufacture Baby Cones for safeguarding bobbins against roving, and dust and fly deposition during the spinning process. They are manufactured using PP and HDPE and are available in various colours and sizes depending on customers request. Moreover, they have a glossy finish to prevent dust and flies, and strength to improve performance and durability.
