Big Blue Jumbo Filter housings can be used for high flow applications and have a rugged construction for outdoor applications. They can be used for whole house filtration, commercial applications, pre-filtration for RO and ultrafiltration applications .
Big Blue filter housings offer the versatility to meet all of your large-capacity filtration needs, including high-flow and heavy-sediment applications. The extra large housing allows for greater cartridge capacity, reducing the number of vessels required for high flow-rate applications. Sumps are constructed of durable reinforced polypropylene.
The high-flow polypropylene (HFPP) cap is available with 3/4", 1" or 1-1/2" FPT inlet and outlet ports. The 1-1/4" internal port allows a greater volume of liquid to pass through the HFPP cap more rapidly.
Big Blue housings are compatible with a broad range of chemicals and come with a pressure relief button. They accept a wide variety of 4-1/2" diameter cartridges.

SAMR Distribution and Collection Systems are suitable for any type of FRP pressure vessels / Composite pressure vessels with varying diameters in the range from 12 to 63. These systems feature chemical and impact resistance for a variety of applications.
They can be used for standard openings of 4 threaded and 6 flanges and for only top or both top & bottom openings.

Our FRP Tanks Vacuum Breaker is widely used in water industry. A vacuum breaker typically contains a plastic disc that is pressed forward by water supply pressure, and covers small vent holes. Should the supply pressure drop, the disc springs back opening the vent holes (which let in outside air), and preventing back flow of water.
Our designed Vaccum Breaker, atmospheric vacuum breaker is a device used to prevent back flow, or the reversal of the direction of water against the direction that the system is designed to flow. Back-siphonage occurs when the pressure in a system drops, forcing a higher pressure to fill the difference.

In water applications, polypropylene media does not impart taste, odor or colors into the solution. For industrial applications, polypropylene offers superior chemical resistance and is not prone to bacterial attack. The thermal bonding process of the media eliminates the need for a core collapse. This process also greatly reduces fiber migration.
Spun Bonded Cartridges can be used either as a pre-filter or final filter for industrial, chemical process, pharmaceutical, food/beverage, cosmetics, water and other applications. Spun cartridges are available in a wide range of lengths and micron sizes. Two sizes are available-standard and jumbo as per your flow rate and volume requirements.
Polypropylene fibers are blown continuously on central molded core, without any binders, resins or lubricants. The Micron rating is controlled accurately and standard test is conducted in our Laboratory for confirmation. Bubble point test is carried for confirmation. Polypropylene spun cartridges are made from Food grade. The Spun cartridges are even called Depth Filtration .

Multiport valves are used primarily to simplify pipe and valve systems by replacing multiple two-way valves and automation devices with one multiport valve. A multiport valve has a rinse setting which is basically a filter to waste setting that runs the water forward through the filter and then sends it to the waste line so that any debris that may have collected is not sent back to the pool.

Iron and manganese occurs naturally in the groundwater, excess amounts of iron and manganese in groundwater can cause adverse heath effects, else can stain clothes, rusty taste, discolor plumbing fixtures and laundry. OXYCAT+ is a common inorganic chemical / iron media used to treat drinking water for iron, manganese and sulfur odors. It can be used as a disinfectant as well, keeping drinking water free of harmful bacteria.
OXYCAT+ is an efficient and economical method of removing iron and manganese compounds from groundwater by process of gravity fed or pressurized water treatment systems. Oxycat+ acts as insoluble catalyst between the dissolved oxygen and soluble iron compounds, enhances the oxidation reaction of Fe++ to Fe+++ and produces ferric hydroxide which is precipitated as ferric hydroxide and easily removed it by backwashing process.
OXYCAT+ also reduce manganese from groundwater while manganese is converted from a two-plus to a four-plus state. This reaction takes about five to 10 minutes in drinking water that has a pH at or above 7.00.
Organic matter can cause unpleasant odors in drinking water. OXYCAT+ can be used to neutralize these smells and disinfect the drinking water at the same time.

These are processed into fibers of specific grades using the latest technology. After carding & spinning into roving they are wound into cartridges with cautiously controlled micron rating.
