SAKUTECH BP is mixture of organic and inorganic dehydrating agents which causes dehydration of cellulose and modified cellulosic content of fabric on heating above 130 degree C non hazardous substance having excellent solubility in water at room temprature and compatible with thickeners like TKP & Guar Gum.  On baking the print with SAKUTECH BP it burns the cellulosic part of the fabric which can be easily elimenated on washing bleaching & soaping with hot water leaving behind localized sharp burnout effects on the printed area.

Process

PAM Dry 100 to 130°C --- Bake 135 to 150°C for 5 minutes Cold wash---.Hot wash with peroxide 0.5% + Soda 1%+ Soap 0.5% ---Boil for 10 minutes in winch or in open width soper Hydro extract water ---Dry

SAKUTECH PS : It is a padding salt specially formulated alkali donor to facilitate padding for reactive to reactive resist printing. With the help of SAKUTECH RS the application of SAKUTECH PS provides brilliant & wide range of prints which are usually not attainable by vat discharge systern.

SAKUTECH RS Discharge agent for reactive to reactive discharge printing. It is a unique discharge agent which has chemical affinity for Vinyl Sulphone colors. It forms water soluble complex having no affinity for the fabric and therefore easily gets removed during washing from the Printed Fabric. This way it Discharges Colors allowing printers to use .P. series dyes which are non-dischargable.
