Electric Gas and Steam Heated units with operating temperatures from 1500C to 12000C, have been created for all fields of industry. Conveyor Roster from SAKAV follow the requirements of national fire protection association standard 86, insures, Factory standards. For applications involving flammable solvents, the additional safety devices required by the each unit is specifically designed for the customer’s process and can include :- Multiple heat Zones- Extended loading and unloading zones. Special belt construction or attachments- cooling zone to reduce part temperature. Conveyors in MESH- BELT- CHAIN- TRAY- width. Various Temperature Zones- Air flow- sideways, top to bottom, bottom to top, multidirectional. Multiple layered.

Flat bottom jacketed roaster is superior for its easiness in operation and cleaning. Bottom discharge door ensures discharge of the material during operation. Maximum importance is given for hygiene. A top conical lid (optional) is provided with four removable doors. Motor and gear box is fixed at bottom to eliminate spillage to vessel from drives. Two methods for heating this vessel is either by steam or thermic fluid. The fuel can be selected to match your heating system and availability. Sides and bottom of the vessel is well insulated with mineral wool and covered with stainless steel 304 grade steel to ensure maximum efficiency.

Fluidization of wet materials such as tea, grated coconut and any granularpowder is not possible by air alone. The SAKAV VIBRATORY ROASTER uses a combination of vibration and a Special Air Distribution plate to effectively fluidize such materials. Compact design of the SAKAV VIBRATORY ROASTER enables single pass drying, making it an ideal and fuel efficient drying equipment.

MIX CUM ROASTER The Spice Roaster is used for roasting various types of Spices like Coriander, Fenugreek seeds, Fennel (Saunf), Bay leafCinnamon leaf (Tej Patta), Cumin (Jeera), Sesame etc. The Products are roasted for removing moisture contents, which reduces bacterial growth and increases self-life of the Products. As the heating is carried out by indirect heating method which reduces the aroma loss. In Spice Roaster Machine the heating is achieved through oil immersed Electrical heaters. The heating temperature is controlled through digital temperature controller which can be achieved up to 250 Deg. C.
