Double cone vacuum dryer is Ideal for mixing of powder and homogeneous lubrication of granules. Baffles are provided on central shaft to enhance mixing. Double Cone Discharge height varies as per the capacities of different models. Suitble manhole for charging is provide with SS-cover & lock nuts. Discharge port is fitted with butterfly valve, which helps tounload powder faster.

Hight-pressure spray nozzles ensure perfect wash of Bottles. Totally fabricated from SS Materials, inclding the basic frame. All parts coming in contact with washing zones jet are made from SS 316 materials. The machine suitable for handling washes of round and flat glass bottle (With help of change parts.) Water re-cycling arrangement is possible as per custmer’s need. High capacity centrifugal pump to wash bigger container.
