Thermo wells can be machined from solid bar stock, or fabricated from pipe. Flange size and rating to be specified when ordering.
S. S. Unions are used to join pipes caring liquids in industries like dairy, health care & cosmetics, food processing and other processing industries. It consists of liner, male part, nut, and gasket. It is also available with welded and expanded ends.
We manufacture unions as per SMS, IDF, and DIN standards in S.S. 304 / 316 material.
The orifice plate is an essential component used to generate a specific, predictable pressure drop in the system. The orifice plate with flange assemblies are used for measuring the rate of flow or quantity of moving liquids, gases or vapors. The orifice plates are designed as per international standards. The orifice plate portion of the assembly is made of SS 316 & 3.16 mm thickness.

Specifications :
3 way manifolds are basically designed for connecting system impulse lines & transmitters. These manifolds consist of " NPT (F) on 54mm (2 ") centers, one equalizer valve, two block valves and 2 nos " NPT (F) plugs. These manifolds are designed to withstand high pressure and temperature.
We also offer 5 way manifold of international standards and also customized as per the need of the customers

Air Headers are ideal for centralized multiple connections of instrument air distribution network to field mounted instruments. We offer range of Air Headers that are suitable for use with multiple outlets. The inlet-connection of these air headers are of flange or screwable type. A drain-valve can be provided as per customer need. We provide " Brass Needle valves for GI Air Headers distribution ports. The SS 316/304 Air Headers distribution ports are provided with " SS 316/304 Needle valves. We provide NPT Threads & Socket Weld as per ANSI specifications.
Specifications : 2 way manifolds are basically designed for connecting system impulse line & transmitters. These manifolds consist of two valves which allow for easy isolation, calibration and bleed of gauges. These manifolds are strong in construction for withstand high pressures and temperatures. These 2 way manifolds combine the functions of a tee, calibration valve, isolation valve and fittings into a single compact unit thus reducing number of fittings and space required for installation.
