SaiLab Equipment's Blood Donor Chair has been developed with the comfort of the donor and working staff in mind. The blood donor chair is designed with comfortably wide arm-rests that make it possible for either arm to be utilized for blood collection. If required the donor chair is provisioned to quickly move the head to a position that's lower than elevated feet level. The armrests can be adjusted for height. The chair is sturdy and can be easily used to work at waist level. Easy mobility is coupled with comfort as the chair is made using soft padding and vinyl covering.

SaiLab Equipment's Tube stripper is a tool for easy stripping of blood bag tubes for preparing blood segments in the blood collection and processing procedures. The blood in the tubing segments is cut off into separate collection bags. It is used for correct mixing of blood in the tube with the content of the blood bag that helps in the anticoagulation of blood in the tubing before segmentation.

SaiLab Equipment's Blood Collection Monitor disallows clot formation of blood collected from a donor with continuous gentle shaking. The homogeneous mixing with anticoagulants is made possible by the smart design of SaiLab Equipment’s Blood Collection Monitor. The clamping of the blood bag tube is done in a motorized manner to prevent damage to the live blood cell. The alarm is set to sound when the bag is completely filled with blood.

SaiLab Equipment's Cryo Bath has a holding capacity of 8, 15 and 20 bags. It is made to store blood bags at a constant temperature of 4°C. We can manufacture Cryo baths of all sizes. SaiLab Equipment's Plasma Extractor, available in manual and automatic, extracts blood components from centrifuged bags. The transfer bag collects the blood in the transfer bag after the pressure is applied by the front panel. It is designed to be portable for ease of carrying weighing less than 3 kilograms.

SaiLab Equipment's Platelet Agitator provides a conducive environment for the storage of platelets. The continuous agitation with controlled temperature provides safe storage. The instrument's easy pull-out and adjustable shelves ensure inventory management. To allow uniform air circulation,  the platelet agitator has been fitted with Wire Mesh Steel shelves. Due to the ease of sliding,  the cleaning is made very easy. Uniform agitation prevents the clumping of the platelet. With the presence of a sturdy motor, the agitation can run without jerks round the clock. For better viability of platelets, the optimum amplitude is present with the adjustment of Factory speed agitation.

SaiLab Equipment's Blood Bank Refrigerated Centrifuge is a high volume centrifuge for use in blood banks. This CFC free refrigeration comes with pre-cooling and a stand by cooling facility. You can worry less about the sturdy motor, which in the floor model has a maintenance free brushless induction motor with variable drive. The temperature control range -5°C to +40°C makes it useful in blood banks. For added safety, the unit comes with features like imbalance indication, safety cut off mechanism and safe lid open indication when the rotor is static after the spin.

SaiLab Equipment's Ultra Low Plasma Freezer can hold up to 900 plasma bags. A non-CFC refrigerator system sounds the alarm when there is a temperature variation. The unit comes with a Castrol Wheel for ease of movement. A wire mesh is provided with an adjustable partition. The Plasma freezer can control plasma bags at temperatures as low as -80°C. With a sturdy design and robust structure of 304 grade stainless steel and outer body mild sheet duly powder coated, SaiLab Equipment's Plasma freezer also comes with password-protected keypad locks. It has a temperature display backup for 12 hours in case of power failure.

SaiLab Equipment's Laminar Air Flow is designed to prevent the contamination of clinical or laboratory objects from unwanted and foreign particles. The MS Powder-Coated stainless body has a HEPA filter that allows air distribution via straight layers. With sliding doors and transparent glass panels, it makes it easy to view objects. The pre-filter is not washable and must be replaced occasionally. The filter retains particles up to 0.3 microns and runs with low sound.
