6172 DUAL-FUEL BURNERS 

are widely used on heat treat and non-ferrous melting furnaces, kilns, ovens, air heaters, dryers, chemical process equipment, and other applications where superior temperature uniformity is required. (For higher temperatures, use 6175 burners.)These sealed-in, nozzle-mix burners for gas and/or distillate oil are stable on stoichiometric ratio with large amounts of excess air, or with up to 50% excessfuel (provided additional air for combustion is in the furnace near the burner).

SAIFEE RATIOTROLS proportion oil flow to combustion air flow in cross-connected control systems. Outlet oil pressure from the Ratiotrol is proportional to impulse air signal. As combustion air is turned up or down, the Ratiotrol causes oil to follow it in proportion. Desired air/oil ratio is set with a Sensitrol Oil Valve at the burner.

• Duplex Pumping and Heating are also available, the unit consist of two number of oil gear pump with motor and with vertical type heating unit along with other accessories such as pressure regulating valve, ball valve pressure gauges/temperature gauges. Single and stand by options for pumping and heating unit are available in duplex system.
• High Pressure Pumping and Heating Units are designed for fuel handling systems, where the pressure required is above 100 psi.
• Different combination with heaters and pumps are also available

SAIFEE 6114 DUAL FUEL BURNERS 

are ealed-in burners for burning gas, light or heavy oil for wide variety of applications. Capable of efficient operation throughout a wide range of preheat air temperature. These are equally stable on low temperature ovens and high temperature furnace such as reheating, forging, melting, hot air generators etc. Sealed mountings prevents unwanted air from the atmosphere entering the burner which helps to maintain furnace pressure, controlled atmosphere, and better gas/ air ratio. Thus better product quality is achieved.

• Sensitrol Oil Valves is a tight shut-off valve with precision V-oil port for micro-metering and uniform flow of oil through-out the 180 degree sweep of the control handle
• It is tight shut-off valves that prevent dribbling of oil into the burners during shut-down
