Sai Automation make control panels are compartmentalized and custom built to meet the requirement of the industries, power plants and other engineering industries. Panels are designed for extension on either side. All the doors front & backside are designed with gasket to make panels dust & vermin proof. Constructions Generally panels are cubicle construction made of CRCA sheet. Other type of constructions are also made as per customer requirement. Cable alley in all cubicle panels has amples width and spacing so that cables can be terminated easily. Cable entry can be provided from top or bottom. | | ||
Undrilled removable cable glande plated, non magnetic gland plates are provided for cables on specific customer demand. Compartments Panels are generally in compartmentalized construction. Each compartment is provided with hinged doors. Sheet metal/Bakelite are provided between compartments, busbar chamber and cable alley. Busbar & alley Electrolytic aluminum flats/bars of E-91E and copper bar of 99.9% purity are used for bus bar. Bus bar are designed for fault level upto 50KA r.m.s. for one second. All bus bar are provided with heat shrinkable PVC Sleaves with colour coded. Bus bar supports are non hygroscopic SMC/DMC moulded and specially designed for long distance strong enough to with stand electromechanical force during fault conditions. |
Sai Automation welders are most suitable for welding of pipe and tube from 8mm-300mm. For small diameter use induction welder and contact welders are suitable for large diameters.
A Sai Automation induction welder at full output achieves 2%-3% energy saving, over a welder with fixed output transformer.
Sai Automation welder are designed for continuous operation to perform under most hostile environment.
Each welder consists of a Hartley or colpitts type oscillator circuit, with grounded cathode design to reduce voltage stresses on oscillator components. Each welder components like power supply cubicle, oscillator cubicle and heat exchanger has been designed and built to rigorous standards to ensure reliability and product life. Every welders are thoroughly tested at dummy load prior to dispatch, ensuring minimum erection and commissioning time.
Easy Accessibility
The power supply and Oscillator cubicle are housed in separate cabinets. Therefore the power supply cubicle can be located away from welding area and oscillator cubicle should be located as close as possible welding area. Both cubicles dust and vermin proof and contain internal air/water heat exchanger to maintained all components cooling at required temperature.
The closed circuit distilled water cooling circuit is made of copper tubes with crome plated and best quality rubber hose pipes to prevent any galvanic corrosion within the equipment.

Sai Automation make DC Drives are highly sophisticated and provided with adjustments which are factory set and may require only slight re-adjust at the time of commissioning.
The drive is supplied normally in two parts i.e. DC Drive panel & one Pendent box.
DC Drives has been specially designed, it must be installed in all area, where the following conditions exists:
Features
Sai Automation offer automatic PLC Controlled panel as per requirement of customer for pipe and tube production. Programmable logic controllers (PLC) Controlled panel are easy to operate and possess salient features such as digital and analog inputs, relay output, timers, counters, time switches, and auxiliary relays.PLC are designed for multiple inputs and output arrangements, extended temperature ranges, immunity to electrical noise, and resistance to vibration and impact. Programs to control machine operation are typically stored in battery-backed-up or non-volatile memory.
IntroductionBefore the PLC, control, sequencing, and safety interlock logic for manufacturing was accomplished using hundreds or thousands of relays, cam timers drum sequencers, and dedicated closed-loop controllers. The process for updating such facilities for the yearly model change-over was very time consuming and expensive, as electricians needed to individually rewire each and every relay.
Early PLCs were designed to replace relay logic systems. These PLCs were programmed in "ladder logic", which strongly resembles a schematic diagram of relay logic. This program notation was chosen to reduce training demands for the existing technicians. Other early PLCs used a form of instruction list programming, based on a stack-based logic solver.
Sai Automation provide digital DC Drive panels for DC motor control application with complete accessories and devices such as Mains MCCB, High speed fuses, Input- chokes, Digital Drive module of various makes such as Siemens, Schneider, Control technique and other make as per customer choice. We not only provide excellent quality and workmanship but also provide service support to customers by way of designing the operation and service manual.Digital DC Drive panels are easily adaptable to communicate with a local network or Ethernet. The bridge is easily accessible from the front for maintenance and all high voltage components are protected by safety barriers. These drives combines powerful performance with flexible control to produce a highly functional, cost-effective drive and control solution.

Sai Automation provide AC Drive panels for motor control application with complete accessories and devices such as Mains switch, MCCB, Input-Output chokes, VFDs of various makes such as ABB, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Danfoss and other make as per customer choice. We not only provide excellent quality and workmanship but also provide service support to customers by way of designing the operation and service manual
Introduction
An AC drive is a device that is used to control the speed of an electrical motor, either an induction motor or a synchronous motor. AC drives are also known by various other names such as adjustable speed drives (ASD) or adjustable frequency drives (AFD) or variable frequency drives (VFD) or variable speed drives (VSD) or frequency converters (FC).The speed is controlled by changing the frequency of the electrical supply to the motor. The 3-phase voltage in the national electrical grid connected to a motor creates a rotating magnetic field in the motor. The rotor of the electrical motor follows this rotating magnetic field. An AC drive converts the frequency of the network to anything from 0 up to 300 Hz or even higher, and thus controls the speed of themotor in proportion to the frequency.
