Spun Bonded Filter Cartridge

Spun bonded filter cartridges are made up of 100% polypropylene fibers. The fibers have been carefully spun together to form a true gradient density from outer to inner surface. Filter cartridges are available with core & without core version. The superior structure remains integral even under severe operating conditions and there is no media migration. Polypropylene fibers are blown continuously on central molded core, without any binders, resins or lubricants.

OPERATION OF SPUN BONDED FILTER CATRIDGE

Unfiltered fluid passes through depth filter matrix and enables the progressive retention of finer particles, which provides high efficiency, high dirt retention & long filter life. Fluid flows from outside to inside through filter media. Particulates are held securely in the filter matrix and clean fluid flows to the downstream side of cartridge.

Type HM pumps for liquid with high melting point are high melting pumps for thermosensitive liquids with high solidifying temperature. These pumps are provided with a heating jacket on the outer body of the pump and motor to prevent liquid from solidifying during pump operation. Suited for fluids with melting points from ambient upto 150 C.

MIC Lined Pumps

MICLined Pumps are built with sound design to offer improved Efficiency and Performance Characteristics. Latest Production Techniques employed help in producing high quality pumps.
Each stage of manufacturing programme is carefully designed to ensure world-class Quality, Reliability and trouble free operation with least maintenance. State-of-the-Art high pressure lining process, free of adhesive bonding, ensure sound lining areas of metal components provide firm mechanical grip of lining. The lining covers all wetted areas in Casing & Stuffing Box. These parts, with solidly moulded impeller, offer long service life in handling highly corrosive media (pH range; 0 to 14) and temperatures from 100C to +260C. Variety of lining materials can be offered to handle almost any fluid.

CONSTRUCTIONMIC pumps are adequately designed with foot-mounted Casing, to accommodate high piping loads and high pressures. Centre line discharged Casing design aids natural venting of vapours from the pump.Over-designed shaft accommodates high torque & power transmission requirements. Over-sized bearing absorb high radial and axial thrust loads, resulting in minimum vibration & noise levels.

IMPELLER Solidly moulded semi-open Impeller with metal insert ensures high strength & durability. The Impeller is dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 to achieve minimum vibration and extended bearing life.

CASING Top centreline discharge self-venting casing design fully confined casing gasket casing foot support for handling misalignment, distortion from pipe loads and suitable for back pull-out construction.

BACK PLATEThe back plate is designed for gland packing and mechanical seal installation. The large bore provided in case of mechanical seal arrangement enhances the mechanical seal life. The flow path in series MBM pumps is between the rear of the impeller and face of the back plate. The abrasive and erosive wear takes place on the face of the back plate and not on the expensive casing. This feature reduces the replacement costs.

MIPP Pump

MIPP industrial centrifugal Plastic Pumps are designed and manufactured to meet the stringent requirement for handling corrosive liquids including moderate slurries. The pump design confirms to IS-5120 standard, which gives higher efficiency. All wetted parts coming in contact with media are injection molded, which can withstand in higher pressure. Filter Elements

Filter elements suits various applications like water, gas, steam, solvents, process fluids, alkalies, acids, beverages and finished products to meet almost all filtration needs, chemical process, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages and electronic industry. Our filter elements are available in various types viz. fibre wound, melt blown, pleated membrane, sintered metal, stainless steel mesh, wedge wire etc. for effective removal of fine particles down to 0.01 microns.

Pleated synthetic media filter elements for use in pre-filter, final filter and sub micronic membrane filters are also offered with validation documents wherever applicable. Metallic filter elements like sintered SS and multi-layered SS mesh are ideal for applications calling for high strength, excellent corrosion and temperature resistance besides having regenerable properties. The fibre wound and melt blown filter elements have true graded density and high dirt holding capacity resulting in higher flow rates and longer life. Sterile grade filter elements are designed to withstand multiple in line stream sterilisation cycles or can be autoclaved.

Conical Strainer

Conical strainers that we offer are extensively used as sweepers for flushing pipeline debris prior to commissioning of plants & equipments. Their main function is to remove objects such as welding electrode butts, slag, pliers, spanners, nut-bolts etc. These strainers protect screen of Y and Basket strainers, cartridge of microfine filters and other expensive piping equipments.

Conical strainers are for temporary use and thrown away after initial cleaning of the system. The down side to a Conical Strainer is they are fitted between two flanges therefore requiring an accessible section of pipe. Conical strainers can be manufactured in a range of different configurations as per your special requirements.
