Block boards are manufactured from selected and seasoned timber battens. These are bonded with Urea Formaldehyde Resin under high pressure and temperature for MR grade and Phenol Formaldehyde resin for BWP grade. The block boards are resistant to twisting/warping and have superb screw holding & nail holding capability. This is mainly possible because of seasoned & durable timber which is used. The wooden battens are thoroughly seasoned in scientifically run seasoning kiln plants and then cut with great precision to obtain uniform thickness. These battens are systematically arranged and utmost care is taken to avoid any extra gap between the battens. Regular test are conducted to maintain the quality of block boards as per the standards of IS: 1659.

plywood  is premium quality product and it is manufactured with the core, peeled from high quality timber. and it is bonded with high solid content resin in India's best hydraulic press. ply MR grade is bonded with UF resin and BWR grade is bonded with PF resin. Good quality raw material and strict quality measures make plywood a quality product.  Marine plywood  is made from specially selected high-density timber and superior bonding capability. The hardwoods used for making a marine ply are not only inherently strong but are also resistant to borers. climatic changes and humidity. Peeled veneers of such hardwood timbers are bonded with 151 grade PF resin in hot press and finished product is treated against termite and borer. This specific stress relieving treatment is also given to check anti-warp properties of plywood, which make them dimensionally stable in both excessive wet and dry condition throughout its life.

flush doors are known for its high strength and can be easily installed with minimum efforts to protect and beautify your dream home. They are made out of high quality wood to make them exceptionally durable and dimensionally stable with excellent tooling and finishing properties. Obviously, the doors are made with chemically treated seasoned hardwood battens and frames. The cross bands veneers are uniformly dried to the requisite moisture content. They are then bonded with special quality Phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin as per the guidelines of IS: 2202. Flush Doors are treated for total termite and borer protection. The flush doors are manufactured under strict quality control conditions that exceed the ISI specifications. The doors can be manufactured according to customized sizes too.
