These heaters are made of Copper sheathed Tubular heating element filled with high grade insulation powder & kanthal coil at the centre which is brazed to a Brass flange / S.S.Flange. Heaters are nickel chrome plated and are provided with earthing Terminals. A metallic cap is provided for protection of Terminals.

Flanged Flameproof Immersion Heater

The threaded flanged flameproof heaters are made from specially selected tube which ensures that heaters do not burst and damage the surroundings, the tubes are welded onto a forged flange which ensure leak proof structure.

A robust flameproof terminal enclosure protects the electrical connections. The watts density of the element core fitted depends upon the media to be heated and the kilowatt rating required.

Removable Flameproof Immersion Heater

The range of flameproof core removable cartridge heaters offers a hazardous area heating solution for oil and similar applications where low heat density is required. The element can be withdrawn for inspection without system drain down. The standard heater consists of a single element core fitted into a mounting flange. Shortwave Infrared heat is transmitted directly in the form of electromagnetic rays, at a avelocity of approx. 300, 000 km/sec: i.e. at the speed of light. but is also suitable for particularly demanding applications such as Vacuum technology and clean room conditions.

Medium wave IR heaters are manufactured and supply superior quality medium wave infrared heater that consists of a helically wound resistance coil housed in a pure vitreous silica fused quartz tube. The quartz tubing is terminated with ceramic insulating caps that are specially designed to allow the quartz tubing to breathe. The ceramic caps are tightly fastened to the quartz tube with high temperature cement that allows the quartz to breathe.
