Energy Saving band heaters are ideally manufactured to reduce the time taken to heat the barrel and reduce the energy cost, with optimized heating. In addition to the in built 4mm thick heat saving insulation an extra 12mm 25mm thick flexible insulation is added on the external sheath covered with an additional metal layer. The power saving on these heaters ranges between 25 40% depending on the insulation thickness selection.
Nozzle coil heaters are similar to the coil heaters but with a bigger cross section and the option of brass collet and clamping band over the heater to ensure perfect snug fit onto the nozzle for the efficient heat transformation. The problem of material spillage results in frequent failure of mica nozzle heaters, where as these heaters are robust in such conditions.
This is Basically a Heavy Duty Refractory insulated strip heater with locked on finns for fast transfer of heat to air as the surface contact area increases, also with this results in higher watt density. The finns also act as a cooling option in area where the temperature has to be precisely monitored.
Aluminium Cast heater can help simplify many complex heating problems. The cast heatert can be designed in the exact shape and size needed. Available two ways: as a one-piece cast-in aluminum heater assembly, or in two piece casting. The casting heater consists of a formed cable or tubular heater cast into aluminum. The part is then designed to meet specific application needs including machining, termination, coatings and assembly. The option of cooling coil can be included inside the casting for faster cooling or using fluids to heat the casting.
These heaters are made of Chrome- Nickel, Steel sheathed heating Element fitted with 35mmf MS Finns with adjustable brackets and heavy duty brass terminals. These are designed for rapid and uniform heat transfer for forced convection air heating.
These heaters are made of Chrome-Nickel steel tubular sheathed heating Element compacted with high grade insulation powder for better transmission of heat, provided with adjustable brackets and heavy duty brass terminals. With prewired termination.
Low Density Cartridge Heaters are developed for heating applications where sheath temperatures not exceeding 3000c with maximum watt densities of 30 to 45 watts per square inch depending on applications. The heaters of various sheath diameters can be used in any assembly equipment of machine.
The heater design consists of helically wound resistance coil made from nickel-chrome wire, evenly stretched and strung through holes in a round ceramic insulator. The element assembly is inserted into a Chrome Nickel Steel sheath. This alloy provides the best combination of physical strength and resistance to heat oxidation up to 4500c.
Specially selected grain size and high purity magnesium oxide is used to fill all remaining space inside the ceramic insulator to increase thermal conductivity, dielectric strength, and provide longer operating heater life.
They are constructed by a firmly burnt-in heating coil. The heater incorporates highly heatproof resistance wire that provides safety against any damage. We supply Custom Wattage Infrared Ceramic Heaters as per the requirement of our clients.
Longer service life is achieved since the resistance of the heaters is made to remain constant over the whole temperature range. The glaze used in this heater has excellent radiation properties therefore the radiation efficiency is also very high.
Our Ceramic Infrared Heaters are available in 3 standard models:1. Full Length 245mm(FSR) 60mm 250 to 1000 W2. Half Length 122mm (FSR/2) 60mm 125 to 500 W3. Quarter Length 60mm (FSR/4) 60mm 60 to 250 W
Brass casting heaters are used over the aluminium cast heaters due to its high operating temperatures, or where temperature requirements are above 450 Deg C, these are typically used in twin screw extruder barrels in compounding and plastic resin manufacturing applications.
Bobbin Heater is extensively used for transmission of heat. Our ranges of these bobbin heaters are available in various specifications that meet the individual necessity of our clients in the best possible manner. Our offer range is available in various sizes, shapes and models as required by the clients. They are applicable in heating air and various liquids.
Ceramic Tubes and Formers with single and multibores in various patterns and sizes in Steatite, Cordierite and Aluminium Oxide materials. The standard diameter available are 25mm, 32mm, 34mm, 37mm, 42mm, 45mm, 65mm, etc. With length of 50mm and above can made in 1 ph, 2 ph or even 3 ph.
Drum Heaters provide an easy, efficient, clean & economical way for the handling of viscous or low melting point solidified materials in Drums. Drum Heaters are mobile ovens heated by flexible surface heaters made from imported Nichrome wire. They are made in rugged designs and stand normal usage in chemical industries. The contents may either be melted completely and removed as a liquid, or they may be melted only at the surface touching the drum walls and removed as a solid block by tilting the drum.
The heating in Drum Heaters is gentle and uniform, and there is no chance of local overheating.
Construction: This Industrial drum heater (vertical model) has a well type, double walled construction. The Inner chamber is made of MS with a heat resistive silver paint finish, and the outer chamber is also made of MS with a powder coat finish. The drum heater is made into 2 semicircular halves, which are joined at one end by heavy duty hinges & clamps and at the other end by a special press fit adjustable lock, The maximum working temp of 250C.
The base drum heaters are manufactured in all metal construction and have thermostat control for temperature regulation upto 200 deg. C. The heat loads are purposely kept low to provide even and mild heating most of the chemicals. Adhesives require fairly mild heating Standard Base drum heater has approx. 22 diameter over which all types of drums can be kept. Certain materials do require heating from bottom and hence this arrangement is ideal.
these heaters are made of chrome-nickel steel tubular sheathed heating element compacted with high grade insulation powder for better transmission of heat, provided with adjustable brackets and heavy duty brass terminals.

Strip Heaters are made of helically wound resistance coil evenly stretched and strung through series of ceramic insulators. Resistance coil is mechanically connected to screw terminals or lead wires for positive connection. The element assembly is electrically insulated and covered by metal sheathing. Sheath metal selection of S.S. 304, S.S.316, Mild steel is available.
Ceramic bands are made of an electrical resistance helical coil, which is inserted around a series of interlocking steatite bricks of 1100c having physical and die electric strength and good thermal conductivity, covered with 4mm insulation and then wrapped in sheet metal. The resistance wire that converts electrical energy to thermal energy is a nickel-chromium alloy of 80% nickel normally termed as Ni-Chrome. The sheet metal is stainless steel ( chrome nickel) for temp upto 700c.
High Density Cartridge Heaters are made of nickel chromium resistance wire wound on MgO care. The element assembly is inserted into chrome nickel steel tube centrally and filled with MgO powder. It is then compacted into a solid mass by Swaging. Swaging increases thermal conductivity, dielectric strength and heater life.
Micro tubular coil heaters are manufactured in round and rectangle cross sections, in round section available diameters are 1.5mm, 1.8mm. In rectangle cross section size is 1.3mm x 2.1mm. These heaters are swaged and compacted to these diameters and fitted into special clamps to tighten over circular parts for heating purpose.
Mica bands are made of an electrical resistance ribbon or wire, which is wound around a mica winding card and sandwiched between two sheets of mica, then wrapped in sheet metal. The resistance wire or ribbon that converts electrical energy to thermal energy is normally a nickel-chromium alloy of either 80% nickel which is useful to 1100C or 60% nickel which is useful to 950c. The mica is, most often, one of three types: muscovite, useful to 500c, phlogopyte, useful to 750c, and synthetic mica, useful to 900c. The sheet metal is normally either mild steel, stainless steel, brass, GI depending on the temp and the product to be heated. The maximum temp for mica band heater is 400c.
