Coil heaters are typically used in area which has a higher watt density requirement. The Basic construction of these heaters involves swaging of compacted MgO, Nickel Chromium wire into a Chrome Nickel steel tube. These heaters when swaged to provide maximum support for the resistance wire, eliminating the effects of vibration and shock.

These heaters are made of Nicrohome wire sealed inside a Steel tubular high temperature grade pipe, which is compacted along with high grade MGO allowing it to withstand high insulation resistance, later the element are brazed to a Cast Iron Flange/ Brass flange / S.S.Flange / and are provided with a Thermostat pocket, earthing terminal, & cap.

These heaters are designed to provide efficient heating which ensures that the Oil flash point is not achieved in case of non failure of temp. controller or sensor.

Oil drum heater is heating on the surface of drum to make the concentration and viscosity of the liquid and coagulum inside decreased uniformly. In this way It will be easy to take out the liquid and coagulum in any season.

The flexible drum heater has an Inside Ni-Cr Alloy heating wires. Outside is silicon rubber insulation material for Fast heating and long working life. Ni-Cr Alloy heating wire is wound around the alkali-free fiber-glass. Main insulation material is silicon rubber which is of high heat-resistance and insulation. These drum heater is soft and flexible resulting in snug fit over the drums.
