These Conveyors have flat rollers mounted in flat position instead of angle troughing and are used to carry finished and packaged products from one station to other station. Flat Belt Conveyors are commonly used in packing Sections Such as Cement, Rice, Fertilizer industries etc. Besides, for industries that pack mass production unit items into multiple carton boxes, flat Belt Conveyors are very handy, economical and reliable Belt Feeders: A belt feeder is suitable for many applications like change of lengthy Conveyor direction, to reduce material impact (due to proceeding Conveyor high speed) and to give required feed / flow rate to subsequent equipments like Crushers & Screens. These conveyors are provided with full length impact pads/impact idlers as required to control and absorb the impact of falling material. These conveyors can be used in reversible mode for necessary feeding at both sides i.e. Tail and Head Ends. It is ideal for feeding materials to close volume control. SVCE Tripper belt conveyors are designed for continuous operation to discharge the material from the belt at one or more points, or along the length of the conveyor. These conveyor systems are designed for large volume stockpiles on limited Indoors / outdoor storage yard or a small section.  These conveyors have intermediate discharge points, users can unload material on either side of the conveyor, create custom heights, lengths and locations for multiple different piles for optimum use of space storing large volume of materials.  By providing a two way / three way diverter gate arrangement at discharge point of head end, different small volume materials can be stored / stocked for better space utilization.

Water impounded Bottom Ash hopper with hydro jet pump or ash slurry pumps to discharge bottom ash up to ash slurry sumpash pond or to Hydro bin. Dry type Bottom Ash hopper with submerged scraper conveyor for continuous discharge of ash in wet slurry form. Hydro bin for bottom ash storage. Submerged belt conveyor for continuous removal of moist bottom ash. Dry Bottom ash conveying.
