We are offering visco elastic foam. We manufacture polyurethane foam in visco elastic grade (memory foam) for mattress, cushion and furniture applications. Presently we manufacture visco elastic foam in 1-7 lbs / cft(60 kg / m3) density with no restriction on sizes. We can also manufacture this product in custom density and sizes.

We are offering foam pigs. We manufacture polyurethane foam pigs for pipeline cleaning and cargo pushing. We manufacture foam pigs in low(1.5 - 2.5 lbs /cft) , medium(3-5 lbs / cft) and high (5.5 - 10 lbs / cft) density. We can also supply pigs with base coated with pu elastomers in various hardness. Besides foam bigs we also manufacture rubber cups and various other rubber components.

We are offering fire retardant grade polyurethane foam. we manufacture polyurethane foam in fire retardant grade meeting ul94 hf class 1 and fmvss302:2008 specifications for automotive applications. Our product also meets bs5852 and california 117(b) specifications for furniture applications. We can manufacture this product in any density from 1 - 3.5 lbs / cft(15 -55 kg / m3) density.this product is available in both sheet and roll form. We also have in house flame facility to laminate our foam with any fabric.

We are offering high resilience foam. We manufacture polyurethane foam in high resilience grade. Presently we manufacture in 1.8 lbs / cft(28 kg / m3) and 2.8 lbs / cft(45 kg / m3) density for furniture and mattress applications.
