In this SUPER FIN barrel content (parts, media, water & finishing compound) is unloaded on a vibratory sorting table placed below. The motorized inching for turret & barrel is provided. With this provision individual barrel can be positioned over sorting table & then barrel can be rotated slowly to unload the content inside on the vibratory sorting table. Through sorting table water is removed to drain, part & media separated by size separation using suitable perforated screen.

Fixtured Vibrator To process very critical & delicate parts. Part to part touching is100% eliminated .

Reverse Separation Useful when parts are smaller than media. Parts will fall down from the screen & guided out of the bowl & media on the screen re-circulated in the bowl.

The dome shape increases volume of media in given section and hence more cutting /polishing pressure. In certain applications process time reduction of 10 15% is observed.

To increase the travel time of component in media, the longer path is provided. Part can be processed in single pass or multiple passes When processing is in single pass it can be used as continuous production machine and as batch production when multiple passes

Flow Through Vibrator For single pass finishing of parts. (can be used for multiple passes as well). Vibrator has Inlet & Outlet provision.

These machines are used when inbuilt separation is not required or it is not possible due to near size of the parts and media. In these machines at the end of the process time parts are picked up manually from the bowl.It is generally preferred when strong vibration intensity is required and for medium to big size parts or for heavy parts.

For loading of components into vibratory finishing bowl. Many other customized options available to suit a particular application like lift and tilt loader, hydraulic loader, bucket conveyor, vibro feeder etc.

The basic change in these machines is the spiral path inside the bowl. The part media mixture moves in spiral path from minimum to maximum level. During separation cycle flapper is inserted at the maximum level & mixture is transferred to separation screen. The spiral geometry ensures that 100 % mixture is carried to screen & hence 100 % separation.

Used for separation of media and ferrous components when screening is not possible .

It can be drum type or can be belt type. If necessary demagnetiser can be provided.

Simple Control Panel Gives electrical protection to special vibratory motor. With or without timer option. Motor rotation direction can be reversed (as required during unloading).

It helps in controlling the vibration intensity while processing soft, fragile parts. Lower motor speed is useful for controlled discharge of components from bowl and during separation cycle.

Sound Cover For Reducing noise level below 60 db. Restricts splashing of foaming finishing compound. It may be manually operated manually or by pneumatic cylinder using electrical pulse.

Dosing Panel Electronic dosing pump for controlled feeding of liquid finishing compound. One or more pumps as per process requirement. Rotameter1 for regulating water quantity mixed with finishing compound for diluting to required strength. Rotameter2 for regulating water in larger quantity during wash operation. Usually dosing panel operation is controlled by PLC panel
