Flocculator Jar Test Apparatus is a product designed specifically to be used in water treatment plants to correctly estimate the dosage of alum and also other coagulants for the treatment of water and sewage. Identical test conditions are provided for all samples. The base is illuminated with a fluorescent tube which is mounted below translucent plastic plate which is used to provide diffused cold light through the sample. Flocculator comes with a variable heavy duty DC motor which is geared continuously and also has a variable speed from 10 to 200 RPM with a built in speed control. To adjust the depth of stirring paddles, adjustable spacer’s are designed in the S.S rods. Also the stirring shaft can be removed without disturbing other stirrers. This unit is supplied without beakers to work on 220/230 volts A.C. Few of the optional accessories include; 0-60 minutes mechanical timer, a digital timer and digital R.P.M.

Our manufacturing unit in Delhi manufactures premium quality Kahn Reciprocating Shaker that can easily house Kahn racks and bottles of various sizes by simply adjusting the size of the compartments through easy to move rods. The motion of this platform is propelled by a heavy duty DC motor that has an inbuilt electronic speed regulator. This regulator can be adjusted to vary the speed between 0 to 250 RPM, to enable the machine to flawlessly work on a 220/230 Volts AC supply. It is available in the following sizes.
Roller pot mills are manufactured and supplied from Delhi, India. Each model produced is of standard quality and is provided with variable speed controls. It comes fitted with electrically interlocked roller guards which prevent access to the rollers while the mill is being operated, providing good safety while it is being used. It comes in three different models each of which requires a voltage supply of 230V. They are available with 13” long roller or with 22” long roller consisting of either two or three rollers.

Our Rotary Vacuum Evaporator System comes with an apparatus with an evaporating flask rotated by DC motor in a heating water bath. With the use of a variable speed motor, the vacuum distillation of solvent at a high and low temperature can be achieved quickly and efficiently. This prevents foaming and also bumping of the liquid (solvent) into the evaporating flask and also distillation under the controlled atmosphere.
The pear shape of the evaporating flask gives a large surface area for evaporation and is clamped to a glass duct which goes through the drive unit and protrudes about 150mm into the condenser. The condenser comes with a standard joint at the top and the bottom for the receiver flask. The unit is fitted with a quick action jack with a capacity of 1 to 20 litres.
