Our Product / Services
Our product range contains a wide range of Rotary Airlock Valve, Rotary Stop Valves, Flap Valves, Gravity Flap Valve and Double Cone Valves
The HY-FLO Rotary Stop Valveis a dust-tight rapid acting valve designed for free flowing pulversized / bilk materials such as Cement, Clay, Limestone, Plastic Pellets, Coal, Grain, Fly Ash etc. The housing and head plates are of close grain cast iron construction for maximum structuralstability and long life. The rotor is fabricated with a C-1045 shaft with a thick mild steel plate. Heavy duty ball bearings are used for ease of operation. Stainless steel construction throughout is optional. Units are available in 9 sizes: 100 X 100 through 760 X 760 from 250 size and above are available with an optional inspectionport. Valves are available to operate with manual, pneumatic and electrical controls.
Hyquip Flap Valves are offered in three different versions; Gravity, Motorized and Pneumatic to suit different applications in the industry. They are preferred for handling highly abrasive of lumpy materials which have tedency to stick. They can also be installed in tendem for high differential pressures.
The body of valve can be cast or heavy plate construction with single or double flap machined to close tolerence for proper sealing between the flap and the body.
Hyquip Cone Valves are Preffered for handling highly abrasive materials like sintered dust, slag etc and for applications demanding very high differential pressures.
These valves are robustly built consisting of double cone and cone seal rings which are actuated through a cam and lever arrangagement. These valves function at a determined speed thus maintaining a uniform flow rate and at the same time the profile of the cone and cone seal rings are so designed to offer a perfect air seal.
The internal part of these valves like cone, cone seal rings, are made from special alloy steel for very high abration resistance to ensure longer life. These cone valves are extensively used in sintered plant below ESP's in steel plants.
The size of cone valves are choosen from the standard range based on throughput of the material handled, size bulk density, moisture and temperature.
