Rubber Concept specializes in PTFE (Teflon) cladding over sealing portion of Z-type rubber seal. PTFE cladding helps in reducing friction and improves durability of Z type Rubber Seal.
Rubber Concept specializes in PTFE (Teflon) cladding over sealing portion of Musical Note rubber seal, double stem seal or Z-type Rubber seal. PTFE cladding helps rubber seal to retain its flexibility while maintaining its position between the clamp bar and seal plate. PTFE cladding also reduces friction while movement of gate and tearing of rubbery portion by gate. Life of Rubber seal can be improved greatly by PTFE (Teflon) cladding over rubber seals.
