we are offering plfa (phospholipid fatty acid). Plfa is a phenotypic approach to assess the microbial community structure in the sample. Plfa analysis is based on the extraction of 'signature' lipid biomarkers from the cell membranes of the microbes and conversion of the lipids to their respective fames. Plfa analysis is an extremely robust technology with a long history that has been applied to nearly every specialty in the microbiology field including: bioremediation assessment wastewater treatment drinking water treatment microbial induced corrosion indoor air quality bio reactors.

colony-forming unit(CFUorcfu) is a measure of viable bacterial or fungal cells. In direct microscopic counts (cell counting using haemocytometer) where all cells, dead and living, are counted, but CFU measures only viable cells. For convenience the results are given as CFU/mL (colony-forming units per milliliter) for liquids, and CFU/g (colony-forming units per gram) for solids. CFU can becalculatedusing miles and misra method, it is useful to determine the microbiological load and magnitude of infection in blood and other samples.
