We are engaged in manufacturing and exporting wide range of cylinder liners & sleeves which are centrifugally casted. Depending on the specific requirement of the customer the alloy addition is done to achieve the specific hardness and microstructure required. We also supply nitride or chrome plated Liner/Sleeves if specified by the customer.

Machining is done on CNC, VMC, special purpose boring, honing, grinding and custom made lathe machines for precise job our customers require under strict tolerance.

Cylinder Liners Sleeves, made of grey cast-iron, ought to have desired casting and machining qualities, viz. strength, toughness, hardness and wear resistance. These are mainly of two types Dry liner-sleeves and Wet liner-sleeves.

The liners-sleeves are 'cast-in fit', force (press) fit or slip fit. The interference between its outer diameter and bore-hole walls depends on fit-type from 0.050 to 0.075 mm. These are available in wide range suitable for light, medium and heavy duty application.

Valve seats are offered in material such as EN-52. EN-24, EN-8, Cast-iron depending on application or customer's specification. Steallite coating on seat is also offered if required by the customer. These are manufactured by ring rolling or forging process depending on the size and volume.

All valve seat inserts are either forged or individually cast to ensure proper material transfer and formation. Different alloys are utilized depending on the specific requirements of an engine or fuel delivery.

Crankshaft manufacturing begins with either a solid billet, S.G. Iron or other commercially available aerospace grade steels. We also machine from free-issue forgings and castings for pre-production runs. Depending upon the project requirements a variety of heat treatments including stabilising, hardening and tempering and gas nitriding can be utilised.
