We offer our clients an excellent quality range of Gudgeon Pins, which are manufactured from high grade quality raw materials like SAE 8620, 20MNCR5, 16MNCR5 etc. Outer surface of the pins are properly ground and highly polished for smooth performance, maintaining the tolerance within 0.005mm. The pins are case hardened with the case depth upto 1.25mm or nitride hardened.
Our designed gudgeon pins/ piston pins have hardness between 55 to 65 HRC and high wear resistance surface, coupled with tough cores to resist shock loads.
