The material used in lock nut is scm440, the hardness is hrc 28-32, precision iso 4h. These lock nuts are used by lot of oems in japan, taiwan, europe, china, india etc. nikki has got two types of precision grades one is precision turning and precision grinding. The precision turned lock nut thread to face squareness is under 0.005mm and precision ground locknut is under 0.002mm. these lock-nuts are compatiable with all other major brands/makes and is available in ex-stock at bangalore.

Rotolinear systems offer ball screw support units. Ball screws support units are available in bore (ID) size of 4mm to 40mm. The end-support bearing are manufactured using high precision CNC machines and bearing used in the end-support bearing are NSK angular contact bearing s with DF PO grade for all supports except EK/FK-05, 06 & 08. For model EK/FK-05, 06 & 08 NSK deep groove bearing with DF PO grade is used. The standard models list are given below

These actuators are with Ball screws or Lead screws depending on the application and normally with 12V DC /24V DC Motor + 110/230VAC converter + remote hand set. It is used for furniture, satellite, automation, dish antenna, fitness equipment, furnitures, hospital equipment ect. The standard stroke available is upto 612mm and the Max Dynamic load carrying capacity is 800 to 8000N and Static around 13600N. The speed of ball screw driven linear actuator will 4.5- 65mm/ sec. The protection will be IP65; IP54 depending on the models and preset limit switches is included. The optional accessories like potentiometer, Hall effect sensors.
