Trough Vibrators are particularly good for processing large, heavy components whether long or odd in shape & size.The drive system ensures that the parts & media move in processing bowl in a linear-rotary motion.By adding divider plates, the trough can be divided into separate compartments for processing different types of components at a time.

Rotary driers are used for drying components after the vibratory finishing process.The rotary drier is filled with drying media, the wet components are loaded into the machine continuously or in batch via a loading machine.The components travel automatically through the preheated media around the process chamber and are then seperated on a seperation screen.In addition to the stain free drying, additional polishing of the components takes place resulting in high quality finished components.

Centrifugal High Energy Machines generate very high gravitational force and are designed to perfection and engineered to prevent constant breakdowns and minimize downtime.The drive system comprises of barrels (3 or 4) mounted on a turret assembly with heavy duty bearings.
Vibratory Surface Finishing takes place in a work bowl placed on coil springs. The vibratory energy is induced by a special vibratory motor that is mounted in the centre of the work bowl.The vibration creates the typical "relative" movement of media against parts.The continuous feeding of water and compound -also known as soap - supports the finishing process. Frequently rotary vibrators are equipped with an integrated separation flap and screen.This allows separating the finished parts from the media in the machine:Via the separation screen, the parts are transferred to the machine exit or to a post-treatment system, for example, a drier, while the media remains in the machine.

This machine type is ideal for batch processing of mass produced parts of all kinds of bulk parts. The RIBC offers a wide range of shot blasting applications from small, delicate components up to large, heavy forgings.
Pressure and pressurized injector blast cabinets are ideal for blasting a wide variety of small parts. The cabinets can be equipped with turntables, baskets, blast nozzles, pressure blasting systems, oscillators and other special auxiliary blast units.
Rsler roller conveyor machines are specifically designed for blast cleaning very long and flat parts, such as large area metal sheets and I-beams. They are also ideal for shot blasting low profile weldments. The components pass through the machine (usually a entrance vestibule, a blasting chamber and a blow off/brush-off chamber) on a special forced drive roller conveyor system. The travel speed is variable.
When it comes to processing smaller work piece bathces, compact centrifugal disc finihsing machines represent a cost effective alternative to the fully automatic double batch systems. They offer many of the standar technical features of the "bigger" machine range. With their space saving footprint and ease of operation these compact units are the ideal complement to conventional vibratory finishing systems.
