Segmented electrodes provide easy and simple operation to selected treating width of films. The use of live roller system gives better efficiency and is covered with specially developed god quality silicone sleeves.

Corona treater is made in a totally enclosed Configration providing safety in Opration. Treating rollers are having good quality Silicone Sleeves and rollers are dynamically balanced. Segmented electroade assembly provide easy working. Pnumetically operated Split treater box design provide easy straight threading of the web through the treater box. Air extraction blower removes the unwanted ozone gas from the teater box. The high voltage Transformer is placed near by the treater box to avoid long high voltage caring cable Connection.

Narrow web corona treater are primarily used in converting applications like label printing / adhesive coatings substrates like teflon / fibre glass cloth etc. Narrow web treater are generally single side treater with max. Width upto 12 inch and running at a line speed more than 100 mtrs. /min. In this type of narrow web treaters treatment rollers are of 6 inch dia covered with silicone rubber sleeves and two bare guide rollers. It has cantilever type of construction with segmented electrode ( 4 fins / 6 fins ) system covered with frp for operators safety. These treaters are comes with ozone extraction system and assembly open h. T. Interlock for operators safety. It has pneumatically operated electrode system for threading of the film.

Corona treaters for multilayer film plants are specially designed for higher output power capacity as per the clients requirements. IGBT base corona generator ensure easy and reliable working at a higher frequency in the range of 20 k c/s to 40 k c/s. The heart of Corona genrator is high frequency invertor. Specially selected Components are used from the components suppliers like Semikron , Epcose (Siemens Germany) to ensure long life service. The body of panel is Powder coated to keep the unit dust free & stain free. The Display pannel is at a sutable lavel for Easy Working.
