ROLLON SLIDEWAY is a high performance engineering thermoplastic material consisting of PTFE and sintered bronze along with special wear resistant additives.

It is a self-lubricating wear resistant material suitable for operating temperatures upto260 C.

It is used on machine tool transfer lines or machine tool guideways or any linear movement applications, to avoid metal to metal sliding contact where reduced friction & wear resistance are critical design considerations.

ROLLON SLIDE RINGS are used as piston & rod guides due to their outstanding friction behavior, stick slip free running and good resistance to high temperatures & chemicals.

Rollon Slide Rings are available in following standard thicknesses, viz 0.8, 1.2, 1.6, 2, 2.5, 3.2 & 4 mm and in varying widths.

ROLLON manufacturers Rocker Washer Assemblies used as supports for Hanger Rods of Primary Coolant Pumps. The function of the assembly is to allow free movement at very low coefficient of friction of the primary coolant pump along X and Z-axis. The movement is caused by the thermal expansion of the Steam generator primary coolant pump piping. Rocker Washer assembly shall allow for 6 vertical movement of the hanger road supporting the Primary Coolant Pump under 40 MT load.

• The solid lubricant used has very low co-efficient of friction, less than 0.1.
• The solid lubricant is suitable for high operating temperature, 600 C.
• Bearing is suitable for maximum load of 34 N/mm.
• Chemicals & weather has no effect on the solid lubricant.

Castfil PTFE putty / Brushable is a two part epoxy based cold weld metal repair system suitable for temperatures up to 120c.
