We offer both fully automatic, reverse pulse jet type and mechanical shaker type bag filter for removal of fine, non sticky dust.The fully automatic reverse pulse jet bag filter have, specially designed bag of high efficiency filter media.
The reverse pulse jet bag filter are most suited for centinux operations. The elecronic centraled pulse generator, coupled with compresed air opereted pulse valve generates high magnitude pressure wave to clean bags at predelermined inlaval.
The filter bags are made up of high filteration effecency, pp or similar, nonwoven material, and due to plated design, does not require bag supporting cages.
HI-SPEED manufactures highly efficient scrubber working on principle of dynamic interaction between scrubbing liquid and pollutants in the moving stream of air/gas. The dirty air defense passing through the blower impeller, subjected to high pressure water jets, to have high intensity mixing. The moist air then passes through impeller blade and gets subjected to high intensity turbulence, resulting into complete scrubby of the gas. The moisture is removed from the outgoing gas by mist elimination.
These equipments are manufactured stricly as per coustomers processing requirement. Their design and internals are coustom designed to suit process requirement.

As per the environment law, some of the industrial, commercial and hospitals wastes cannot be disposed directly into the surroundings. They are disposed either as land fill or are burned into incinerators to reduced health and environmental hazards.
The incinerators can be customized to suit the individual needs. Primary and secondary burners are fully automatics ones, working either on gas or oil. They are batch type or continuous type depending on the size and the volume. The heat recuperates are also offered in certain cases.
