As the name suggests a wireform or a stripform can be described as any other spring or wire or strip shape that does not fit the normal spring types defined. These are typically parts made from round or flattened wire or strips that are bent to have specific angles and lengths. Most springs have a helix or a spiral shape consisting of a group of coils, and wireformsstripforms typically do not. Our contact welding equipment can be setup in line with our press shop, to have an automated in line process of pilot punching, spot welding of silver and punching of the component in a press to the desired shape and size. Our machines handle both silver wire and silver strips for welding purposes. We avoid the high costs and the high time otherwise needed with manual spot welding, missing welds, excess use of precious metals etc. Our in house tool room facilitates our operation in this division. End uses of our products include welded contact assemblies, contact rivets, relays, sensors and switches.

We offer multi slide stamping. The multislide technology for stampings integrates forming and stamping operations. It is capable of producing strip formed components with multiple bends in a very economical manner. The Multislide press is designed specifically to form and punch a part from different directions, making it ideal for parts with complex bends, even bends in multiple planes. Secondary operations and handling is reduced, but come at the cost of increased tool setup times. All these are taken into account while selecting the optimum stamping method for a project.

We offer progressive stampings include a variety of sheet-metal forming manufacturing processes, such as punching, blanking, embossing, bending, flanging, and coining. This could be a single stage operation where every stroke of the press produces the desired form, or could occur through a sequence of operations performed on multiple stages on a single tool.
