Manufacturer, Exporter and Supplier in Kolkata, West Bengal. Pressure Clarifier, offered by us, combines the system of flash mixing, flocculation and dynamic settling process. Raw water, dosed with coagulant, enters into the central flocculation zone, from the bottom of the Pressure Clarifier. Specially designed ejector is provided at the bottom of the clarifier for sucking the performed sludge and mixing it with the influent water, so that large and heavy flocks are formed, when the water flows through clarification zone. The water subsequently enters into the clarification zone, through the ports located at the bottom of the flocculation column. From the ports the water reverses its direction and flows upwards while the flocks formed with the suspended impurities of the water lag behind with distinct settling tendency. A perforated ring is provided on the top of the clarification zone to collect the treated water uniformly throughout the cross sectional area of the Pressure Clarifier. A sludge discharge valve is available at the bottom of the unit for the removal of sludge at period of intervals. Sampling points are also available at different heights of the unit to check-up the clarification process at different levels. The inlet line of the equipment is provided with coagulant chemical dosing accessories and the outlet line is connected in series with pressure filtration unit. The treated water so obtained is suitable for portable supply, industrial use and for further processing like or demineralization by ion exchange technique.
