Conveyor polyurethane skirting belt is specially designed polyurethane strip used on conveyor loading zone to keep material on conveyor belt and reduce material splillage and dust. High wear resistance of polyurethane skirting make long service life available, usually 3 times longer than rubber skirting board

Closing Pins & Guide Pins are made in high graded Case Hardening Alloy Steel which is having high Core Strength , Good resistance against wear and tear. Pins are machined, case hardened, ground and hard chrome plated accurately to attain accuarcy to the controlled dimensions.

The Bushes are used in Moulding Boxes and Match Plates. The Round Bushes are Hardened to above 55 HRC and Ground internally & externally to get accurate dimensions.The Flat Bushes are inside Broached, OD Ground and Nitrided to 300 to 400 Vickers Hardness.

Hard chrome plating is an electroplating process in which chromium is deposited from a chromic acid solution.

Thickness of hard chrome plating ranges from 2 to 250 m.

Various types of hard chrome include micro-cracked chromium,

micro-porous chromium, porous chromium and crack free chromium.
