Thermostable Alpha Amylase -AHA 200T “Rice exclusive”: It is low pH food grade yield enhancer thermo stable alpha amylase, derived from Bacillus licheniformis. It is incision enzyme with the characteristics of high temperature, low pH stability, fast viscosity, jet and no jet operations.
Dose: 0.2kg/ton of starch (±0.02)
Application: This product can be widely applied in production of Beer, Starch, Bioethanol Distilleries. Its low pH Liquefaction, and working pH 4.8 to 6, with & without jet cooking, Quick Viscosity reduction, higher lees, condensate and thin slope recycling
Gluco-Amylase 260: It is highly active at temperatures and pH levels close to the liquefaction step of starch conversion. It can improve the efficiency of starch conversion and reduce costs.
Dose: 0.75kg/ton of starch (±0.05)
Application: Saccharification (Rice and Corn both)
Thermostable Alpha Amylase - AHA 200T Yield “Corn exclusive”: It can be used to achieve higher ethanol yields while reducing mash viscosity using 100% corn. It added with thermo stable Xylanase enzymes for quick viscosity reduction , works across wide pH range 4.8 to 6 and don’t require additional pH boosters.
Dose: 0.2kg/ton of starch (±0.02)
Application: Low pH Liquefaction , working pH 4.8 to 6, with & without jet cooking, Quick Viscosity reduction, higher lees, condensate and thin slope recycling.
Fermsol Conc: It is blend of Virginamycin antibiotics used to control bacterial outbreaks during fermentation.
Dose: 0.05 to 1 ppm
