The KLNTOOLMASTERseries for hot plate welding is widely used in the automotive industry and in many plastic-processing plants.
Basically theTOOLMASTER versionsvary by their tool design, their size of useable surface and the degree of automation. All versions are suitable for high temperatures and optionally equipped with fire protection engineering, which quickly separates the tool in case of energy drop or timeout.
Apart from this product range we also manufacture special machines adapted to your individual requirements.
Upper tool, hot plate element and lower tool are brought together in the machine fully automatically by pressing a key, brought into parking position as "sandwich" and depending on the application moved to the pre-heating station or set ready for unloading.
TheTOOLMASTER Semi-Automaticis also operated with a "sandwich" tool. The sandwich process is carried out at closed machine doors. The manual part of the exchange is restricted on the transfer of the sandwiches from the transport trolley into the machine. Within 10 minutes the retrofitting is over.
The 35 kHz ultrasonic hand welding units are suitable for manual welding and cutting operations from small to medium size.
The ultrasonic hand welders with an operating frequency of 35 kHz are suitable for use in manual welding for welding, spot-welding, riveting and forming thermoplastics and for cutting, welding and spot-welding technical textiles. The hand welders can be operated with both an Ecoline generator and an RDG generator or SDG generator.

As a principle our standard machines are equipped with an hydraulic lifting table. Depending on the machine size a contact force of up to 70 kN can be applied. This is necessary for large suction pipes made of PA 6.6 GV30 with heavy distortion or very large welding surfaces. Since many years all our vibration welders are fitted with our patented CPC system. This kind of regulation which is integrated in the converter stimulates the vibration unit with optimal resonance frequency. Thus, a low energy consumption is guaranteed during the friction phase.
It is not necessary to enter the frequency parameter in the machine, as it is permanently optimized. Thus, the KLN drive systems are independent from the tool weight. The tool weight is solely limited in height, caused by the mechanical design and the high accelerating powers arising in these systems.
The integrated frequency regulation and a specially developed hardware allow also for extremely quick start of vibration and active braking at the end of the vibration process.
For the assembly of plastic parts, which differ in size and condition and would therefore not be suitable for standard machines, we recommend the use of special equipment with several ultrasonic units for ultrasonic welding and
