This is an effective chemical for removal of hot melt and wax from waste paper pulp. the product is to be added in refining chest prior to refining and consumption will be in the range of 500 to 1000 gram per ton of pulp. we assure minimum reduction of 60 to 70% of hot melt and wax from the pup.

Such problems of fluff/lint are overcome by the use and application of the product "CON-TROL"© 1810.The product is useful for application in bringing about uniformity of results. The addition of this chemical reduces/eliminates fluff/lint in paper Properties pH - 5.0 ± 1.0 Ionic Nature - Cationic Color - Transparent Liquid Solubility - Water Soluble Solids - 10.5 ± 1.0% Shelf Life - 6 months Application : "CON-TROL"© 1810 , is to be added @ 0.10 to 0.25 (1.0 to 2.5 Kgs) per ton of pulp, A recommended product for use and application for normal papermaking conditions. As prescribed, the consumption of 0.2 to 0.3% of the resin provides sufficient improvement in the fluff removal in the paper machine process irrespective of any prevailing state of locations and conditions. The product can be used directly in the mixing chest. It can also be injected with dosing pump before the head box/pressure screen etc. Shelf Life The product is assured for a long standing life preferably for storage in the covered area to be kept at distance from heat. Exposure to the direct sunlight has to be avoided.
