Beltsway Switch

The belt sway switch is used for sensing the swaying of the conveyor belts due to uneven loading, worn roller surface etc. the switch is to be mounted in near vicinity of the conveyor belt with a small clearance between contact roller and the belt edge to allow normally accepted swaying. When the swaying exceeds allowable limit, the belt edge would push the contact roller which in turn would actuate the switch. When swaying stops the switch would automatically reset under the action of resetting spring.

Principle of Operation

The liquid level is distinguished by the different brightness of the reflex glass is the media or in the stream/empty space. Principle of Operation

Here in this case this indicator is used as a direct local level indicator mounted on the top of the vessel or RCC tank. External Cage Type Float Operated Magnetic Level Switch Side-Side Connection With Externally Adjustable Switches
Principle of Operation
This is a float operated level switch having a single float for high or low operation enclosed inside the cage having side-side connections to process tank. Here the float which carries the magnet moves up and down sensing the level increase or decrease inside the external chamber. These switches are externally fitted i.e. they are clamped outside the chamber pipe. These switches are latching type and they are either reed or micro type. Once the float moves up due to level rise while exceeding the actuation points the float magnet actuates theswitch i.e. (nc to no). It remains as no contact because of the latching arrangement inside the switch though the level continuesto rise to the maximum. When the level drops lower than the set point the contact changes though the level goes down even to itslowest position such as even to zero position.
