Revata Engineering's 1" and 1.1/2" Wireline Retrievable Dummy Valves are manufactured to meet the requirements of API 11V1 specifications. They are installed in side pocket mandrels as a non-equalizing isolation tool. The Wireline Retrievable Dummy Valve is an isolation tool designed to blank communication between the tubing and casing. This valve can be used to blank off a side pocket mandrel.
The Dummy Valve is available in either Stainless Steel or Nickel alloys for corrosion resistance in wells with high concentrations of H2S and CO2. Packing for the valve is available for standard service or special service to suit individual well conditions.
The distance between the packing stacks is maximized to fully protect the mandrel pocket seal bores from produced fluids until they are removed from the completion. The simple design of the dummy valve allows for easy replacement of the packing and for rapid low-cost repair of its components. The rugged, solid construction and quality metals provide for a long service life.
The Dummy Valve uses BK-2 Latch. It has two sets of packing which straddle and pack off the casing in a side pocket mandrel. Communication between the tubing and casing is positively blanked off until the Dummy Valve is removed from the pocket by standard wireline procedures

Revata Engineering's Tubing Retrievable Injection Pressure Operated Gas Lift Valve are primarily controlled by injection gas pressure. The valve, when installed on outside mount tubing retrievable mandrels, is used to control gas pressure and its flow from the annulus into the tubing.
The valve is designed with a sealed chamber, including a three-ply bellows assembly that contains a nitrogen precharge, which provides the closing force of the valve. When injection gas pressure exceeds the closing force, the bellows compresses, thus lifting a valve stem off a seat allowing gas to be injected through the valve.
These valves are available in either Stainless Steel or Nickel alloys for corrosion resistance in wells with high concentrations of H2S or CO2. Elastomeric materials for the valve are available for standard service or special service to suit individual well conditions.

The Packer Element compound must be able to withstand very hostile environments and produce the required isolation in Oil wells. Ring Joint Gaskets are designed to seal by "initial line contact" or wedging action between the mating flange and the gasket. By applying pressure on the seal interface through bolt force, the softer metal of the gasket flows into the micro-fine structure of the harder flange material, creating a very tight and efficient seal.

Revata Engineering's 1" and 1.1/2" Wireline Retrievable Orifice Valves are used to control gas or fluid flow from either the annulus or tubing based on the porting of the side pocket mandrel. Orifice valves are used where pressure control is not necessary.
The valve is designed with a square edge orifice which, when properly sizes allows volume control when the casing and tubing pressures are known. An integral reverse flow check valve prevents reverse flow communication back through the valve.

APPLICATIONS:
The Wireline Retrievable Orifice Valves are used to establish communication between the tubing and annulus during circulating, gas or fluid injection operations. They are utilized in single point injection continuous flow completions. These valves have no closing function and are commonly used to control stable injection at the operating valve depth.

Revata Engineering offers a wide variety of latches for installing wireline retrievable devices in side pocket mandrels. These Latches are manufactured to meet the requirements of API 11V1. They are specifically designed to lock in place when located in either 180 degree or 360 degree latching pocket profile.
To retrieve a latch and attached flow control device, upward jarring of the tool string sheers the release shear pin permitting the locking mechanism to disengage from the latch locking profile.
180 degree latch pocket profile have a spring loaded ring style latching mechanism. A ported ID is included in some designs for applications requiring a communication path between the latch and top of the attached flow control device.

These Slickline Blow Out Plugs sit in the bottom of the stuffing box. The Slickline Blow Out Plugs are designed such that when the well bore pressure blows past out of the top of the stuffing box, these BOP's will seal on the wire.
Revata Engineering manufactures multiple-lip (chevron) Seals or Vee Packings that consist of a group of endless rings and are usually used for sealing rods, pistons, plungers in hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic presses. V-Packings are used for low or high pressure applications with Single or Double acting cylinder.
V-Packings are also used in various Oilfield Downhole equipment such as various Valves etc. V-Packings are extremely suitable for usage in medium to heavy duty applications. Vee Packings accept low and high pressure while operating in the most extreme conditions and also if there exists any misalignment between the sealing gaps.
The hinge-line action of Vee-Packings that enables immediate reaction even to minor pressure changes is very distinctive and exclusive to a Vee-Packing design. Each individual lip of a Vee-Packing set reacts independently to pressure thus effecting aseal automatically. In case of multiple lip configurations, pressure is automatically distributed thus effecting a seal along the shaft. Vee-Packings also premit automatic reaction to shocks from high pressure and overloads.
The Vee-Packing is a combination of Base Seal, the Vee-Ring at the center and the Pressure ring. The Vee-Ring is the main seal that can retain high and low pressures while the base seal supports the center ring from getting extruded during high pressure applications. The Pressure Ring helps in retaining the Vee Packing profile and distributing pressure equally.

Properly installed Vee Packings will generally outperform other lip-type seals. They are always installed in sets. Each set contains a number of V-Rings (based upon the pressure) plus male and female adapters. The V-Rings in each set are referred to as pressure rings.

Our special proprietory manufacturing process ensures that the rubber and metal plates remain bonded to each other even under the most severe applications.
A hammer union comprises of a thread end, a nut end and a hammer nut which, when cinched up, compresses a composite seal assembly thereby preventing leakage. The seal assembly comprises a metal insert of a size to pass into the seal groove of conventional hammer unions and a small seal acting between the insert, the thread end and the nut end. The small seal is conveniently an O-ring or a Hammer Union Seal (Lip Seal) and is of a size that is compressed when the seal assembly is inserted into the thread end of the hammer union, thereby preventing the seal assembly from falling out of the threaded end when it is inverted.
Some profiles such as Fig 2202, Fig 1004, Fig 1502, Fig 2002, Fig 602, Fig 1002 etc require a Hammer Union Lip Seal or an 'O'Ring depending on the Size of the Hammer Union.

Oil and other fluids are removed from the wireline and allowed to re-enter the well, which helps prevent well-site contamination.

Composite seals are seals that incorporate the seal and another component in one part to help ease installation and reduce assembly costs.
Composite seals may include complicated parts such as Rubber bonded to various metals such as 316SS, 410, 4140 etc or bonded to a plastic or filler material.
Composite seals simplify your design with one part instead of two or more and provide better tolerances and eliminate the process of seal to component installation.

Revata Engineering manufactures Desandards that effectively remove fine drilled solids and sands upto the size of 50 microns using centrifugal forces from the drilling mud system by using specially designed hydro-cyclones made out of very high quality polyurethane materials. The fluid entry angle is designed in such a way that the drilled solids are separated more efficiently, ensuring reduction in the loss of costlier drilling fluids. High quality polyurethane cones ensures very long life to reduces shut downs. They are available in three different models of capacity 500, 1000 and 1500 GPM, employing 12 cones attached to 8 or 10 manifold with a 4 inlet and 6 outlet.
Revata Engineering Desilters are very efficient equipment employing principle of separation by centrifugal forces in removing even finer drilled solids, sand and silt particle size up to 20 microns. They are of balanced cone designed, which are manufactured in different models with minimum feed rates from 240 to 1440 GPM at 75 feet of head. Cones for the Desilter are made out of very high quality durable polyurethane materials. Feed entry angle is adopted in such a way to ensure effective removable of drilled solids, sand and silts from the drilling fluid. High performing cones made out of durable polyurethane material and other consumable spares ensures consistent productivity. 4 cones are used & they are attached to 6 or 8 manifold with 2 inlet & 2 outlet.

Drill Pipe Wipers are made of specially designed rubber compound having tremendous resistance to cutting, tearing and abrasion. Drill Pipe Wipers are available for water based and oil based drilling mud.
Cementing Plugs: Revata Engineering manufactures Cementing Plugs from high-performance special elastomers and core materials. These Cementing Plugs are specially designed with a positive wiping action to ensure that the casing is clean.
Top Plugs:The Bottom Cementing Plug is designed to exert continuous pressure on the casing wall. The core is made of special materials such as Plastic, Aluminium or Phenolic depending on the application and well conditions. The tapered base fits the cavity of the bottom plug initiating a positive seal. A solid rubber top plug is also available.
Revata Engineering manufactures Tungsten Carbide Seats in a wide variety of configurations and specifications for use in wear, corrosive and erosive conditions. The seats that we ship have a finished port area and is pressure tested so that a positive ball/seat seal is achieved.

Revata Engineering Desilters are very efficient equipment employing principle of separation by centrifugal forces in removing even finer drilled solids, sand and silt particle size up to 20 microns. They are of balanced cone designed, which are manufactured in different models with minimum feed rates from 240 to 1440 GPM at 75 feet of head. Cones for the Desilter are made out of very high quality durable polyurethane materials. Feed entry angle is adopted in such a way to ensure effective removable of drilled solids, sand and silts from the drilling fluid. High performing cones made out of durable polyurethane material and other consumable spares ensures consistent productivity. 4 cones are used & they are attached to 6 or 8 manifold with 2 inlet & 2 outlet.
