Restrained Bellows with Integral Control Units prevent over extension and are significantly better than Braided Hoses. Vibration damping multiple plies of thicker metal with deeper and wider corrugations provides higher flexibility to make it an IDEAL PUMP CONNECTOR when temperatures are too high to use Rubber Joints. Liner is recommended if flow velocity exceeds 3metre per second.
HYDROFORMED bellows for minimal residual stresses and minimal thinning at the convolution root and crown. Also available with Floating Flanges to keep all wetted surfaces in stainless steel to save the need for SS flanges.

For unanchored piping, the pressure will open Bellows by 10mm, and only serve to reduce transverse movement.

Resistoflex Bus Duct Connectors are a highly flexible rubber and fabric connector used on large blower ducts to reduce and isolate vibration and to protect expensive electrical equipment from thermal movements. The multi-convolution construction allows for more than 25 mm of movement in any direction. These parts are carefully hand built by skilled craftsmen and employ the finest materials available for fighting the environment and destructive ozone attack. Resistoflex flexible bellows can alleviate ductwork movement problems in power stations and help ensure operational efficiencies.
Bellows do not have any standard dimensions manufactured to customers specific dimensions. Nevertheless the design is aimed for maximum movement to be compensated.
