The system works with the feedback from the IR sensor( pyrometer ) which detect the temperature of the billets are send it to the controller .The controllers with the electro-pneumatically controlled solenoids valves ensure that proper temp billets are allowed to reach forger .
The LOW and HIGH predefined temperature billets are diverted after detection and are collected separately in bin.
This unit consist of fabricated structure, pneumatic actuators , and induction motors , it has two working principle , it works as a extractor unit as well as accept reject unit.
