Our Acrylic copolymer emulsion is a unique binder which has been developed specially for pre and top coat mineral (pigment or clay) coating of paper, paper board, Kraft Paper etc. It can be used as a sole binder or along with casein, starch, and other natural synthetic binders for off- machine and on-machine coating. It improves the pick, smoothness and the wet rub resistance of coating.

Our Acrylic base adhesive is white milky water based adhesive which is used for laminating Aluminium foil to Paper by coat-nip-dry process, and also Film to Paper by Coat-dry-nipping process by online machine by dry lamination process.

Our synthetic Adhesive are used on very high speed Flute Board to Printed Board Laminators like Asitrade and Meigaung.
These are eco-friendly adhesives free from pthalate, formaline, Heavy Metals etc.

Bondexgyp is a fine white granular powder. The core use of this product is in the manufacture of gypsum board as an adhesive. In the process of making gypsum board, bondexgyp is one of the necessary additives. This product features excellent tack capability of adhesion for paper and gypsum. Ammonia, Formalin, Phthalate and Heavy Metal Free Latex As per European standard - Latex For Pasting Shoe Inner, Leather Articles etc. Presence of Ammonia in natural rubber latex is highly objectionable. Ammonia reacts with leather and generate Chrome-VI on it which is highly toxic and prohibited.

Superkote Seed coating Polymer is aqueous base, environment friendly, film forming stabilized carboxylated polymer. It is used extensively to coat seeds with additives such as pesticides, Growth stimulants and other agro chemicals. The thin coating of polymer helps the additives to stay on seeds and to avoid dusting and pollution and also enhance appearance of the seed. Leading Agriculture universities has taken the study of Superkote Seed coating base Polymer with different types of seeds for its compatibility with microbial, role in seed germination/growth promotion under stress etc. They found very good seed germination and seed vigor using Superkote Seed coating polymer.

Fruit fly (Bactocera Dorsails, Bactocera correcta, Bactocera Zonata etc.) is a destructive pest occurring in numerous economically important fruits crops including cucumber, watermelon, muskmelon, ridge gourd, bottle gourd, bitter gourd, pumpkin, Cocoa, mango, orange, guava, annona, sapota, papaya, olive, banana etc. Fruit growth impedes and dropdown occurs. Super Fly Trap Lure is brightly yellow coloured. It accommodates lure and attracted fruit-fly die inside the trap. It should be installed above crop height and lure can be replaced every 45 days. Usage : Cut open this pack and remove shrink film. Avoid touching the lure by bare hand. Hang this lure in scientifically designed catch trap. Replace the lure piece once in 45 days for effective control of fruit fly. After use dispose off the lure by burning or underground burying. Wash hand thoroughly after each time of changing of trap and lure.

BONDEX is two-component cold water soluble Modified starch powder. It is used for Paper Corrugation and Pasting . Generally BONDEX 1 : 1 to 2 parts of water is used and mixed well for paper corrugation and pasting.This product is significantly stable with excellent flow properties.Prepare adhesive gives good Compress Strength (CD) to the paper. Excellent bonding coupled with shorter drying time enables end user to increase the speed of the Mc and hence higher production.

APPLICATION

Mixing in bitumen emulsion : Normally about 5 to 10% by wt. of our cationic latex is added into bitumen emulsion to confer better adhesion between the positively-charged bitumen particles and the negatively-charged stone/sand aggregates.
Dilution of this latex, if needed, can be done simply by adding water to it. However, if its pH rises substantially, a small amount of 0.1% hydrochloric acid solution should also be added.
