It continuously measures mould temperature, 24/7. 493K measures the exact temperatures of up to two moulds on all arms simultaneously (up to 8 temperatures on a four arm machine), giving an overview of the process for the purposes of optimisation of production scheduling, diagnostics or R&D. 493K can be installed on your Reinhardt machine. 493K can come pre-installed on your new Reinhardt Roto machine as per client requirements.

Pallmann Mills

  • pallmann pulverizing systems for plastic operate on a special processing principle. Granulated feed material is fed into the mill by means of suitable dosing systems. A suction system optimally designed for this application draws the ground material out of the mill. Different screening systems are used to achieve the desired powder qualities. Coarse material from the screen is reintroduced into the mill via a closed-loop system. The finished product is weighed in bags, filled into containers or conveyed to downstream processes and silo systems, depending on the requirements. A complete cooling cycle is programmed with supply air, spray water and mist water as per requirement of a given production in any combination for a desired time. You can also programme alarms for steps of secondary process. You have four cooling stations out of which 3 can be used as cooling cum load/unload stations.

Mould Carriers Offset And Straight
The standard combination is of two straight ARM and one offset ARM for a three ARM machine, but can also be as per customer requirement. The choice of straight or offset ARM depends on the product that a customer wants to rotomould. The ARM of Reinhardt machines are robust compared to those available in the market and require the minimal maintenance. Arms can be ordered with or without internal Air/Gas lines. One can position the ARM for pre-heating position and/or second charge position at the heating station. The ARM is positioned at the cooling station as the cycle ends so that it is in the correct position at the de moulding station. Also the ARM can be manually inched at the de moulding station if required.

Operator Panel
Operator Panel is user friendly with only a few push buttons, all the operator has to do is keep pushing the flashing button for the cycle to start in auto mode and then he is free to do other work. The panel also houses a Desk PC or a touch screen industrial PC which can be used to feed infinite recipes and get management reports on production. You can also store and recall detailed recipes for cooking and cooling to ensure a consistent production. The management can also see down time or idle time of the machine every day, week, or month. Time loss can be tabulated operator or shift wise to execute a point system.

Control Panel
All machines are equipped with PLC having sequential controls and numerous safety interlocks. Control panel includes devices only from reputed international European or Japanese brands which are available locally in your country. Turntable For Fixed Arm Machines And Independent Carriages For Shuttle And Independent Arm Machines
INDEPENDENT CARRIAGES :In case of a independent ARM machine, there are three or four independent carriages, one for each ARM. These ARMS move independent of each other and thus these machines are very flexible if there is a diverse range of products and not much experience with the three ARM machines.

Gas/Diesel/Duel Heated Sintering Oven
The oven is in solid self-supporting sheet steel, with high quality 150/200mm thick insulation.The oven has extremely well designed expansion joints to take care of expansion during heating of the oven upto 400 degrees centigrade.The combustion room is made of steel with connection flage for the burner and is made from heat resistant steel. The fully automated gas or diesel burner as per customer requirement is with modulating control mode, with installed ignition electrode and UV supervision device complete with safety.

Multiple Cooling Cum Load Unload Station
The supply air fan for air cooling with casing made of sheet steel, the centrifugal fan-wheel is balanced statically and dynamically and is coupled with the closed three-phase current motors of protection class IP54 A complete cooling cycle is programmed with supply air, exhaust air, spray water and mist water as per requirement of a given production in any combination for a desired time. You can also programme alarms for removal of inserts and breathers.

Mould Carriers Offset And Straight
The standard combination is of two straight ARM and one offset ARM for a three ARM machine, but can also be as per customer requirement. The choice of straight or offset ARM depends on the product that a customer wants to rotomould. The ARM of Reinhardt machines are much robust compared to those of the competitors on the market and require the least possible maintenance. One can position the ARM for pre-heating position and/or second charge position at the heating station. The ARM is positioned at the cooling station as the cycle ends so that it is in the correct position at the de moulding station. Also the ARM can be manually inched at the de moulding station if required.
