A PROGRAM DEVICED TO MONITOR CHARGING PROCESS OF BATTERY IS STORED IN IT. THIS PROCESSOR IS CONTROLLER ENABLE TO TERMINATE THE CHARGING PROCESS. ACCOUNT IS TAKEN OF BATTERY AGE, DEPTH OF DISCHARGE, CORRECT BATTERY & WRONG CONNECTION TO MOTOR. STATUS OF BATTERY CHARGE STATE IS SHOWN BY TRAIN OF LEDS CONNECTED BY A BUS TO THE SAID PCB
We are offering transformer. Double wound, step-down transformer made from high quality annameled dpc copper wire of circular & square cross selection & having crgo lamination as core. Transformer core is cylindrically designed to overcome losses and achieve maximum efficiency high packing fraction enables compact transformer design & reduces heating in high load condition ballast choke is single wound inductor made of crno lamination &anameled copper wire set to perfection to controll current & voltage drop at perticular current load. Setting only possible at factory.

We are Manufacturer of battery chargers for lead - acid & alkaline battery's used for traction application & auxillariy power/ tripingcircuit. Our traction charger are basically used for material handaling application like forklifts, stackers & pallets. Auxillary power, application being viz. To drive panels used for operating pumps, equipments for telecom, electromagnetic cranes, power station tripping-unit. Smaller versions of these chargers are used for forefighting, Dg set equipments.
FLOAT-BOOST CHARGERare the equipment whhich fall in the later type of chargers . Our chargers are made of rectifier which are diode bases, DIODE- thyristor hybird (semi controled or fully thyristor based (fully controlled) we also manufacture mosfet based smps compact chargers in same category.

All fitting's of branded company like Kaycee, Switch- on, Phillips, Siemens & L&T .
