We have a very well equipped laboratory with latest equipments such as spectrometer , Tensile Tester, Impact Tester, Hardness Tester, microscope, IGC check equipment, Magna flux for crack detection and other equipment to monitor quality to ensure that right material go in right proportion in all our products.
We have capacity and competency backed by matching manpower, machineries and equipments to supply any standard forging components or customized no matter how difficult, intricate and complex jobs are.
Besides standard products as detailed above, we are also producing fully machined components for oil exploration industries weighing from 1Kg. To 3000 Kg. For power transmission industries up to 10 Kg and valve body for process industries. We are also equipped to produce forging from 1Kg to 3000Kgs. In Close-Dies as well as Open- Dies for automobile and other industries as per customer drawings.
