these lifts can also be installed in self supporting steel structures even outside a building. Special lifts can be designed for off-loading vehicles from multi level delivery trucks.

Platinum - A full comprehensive amc that includes all parts except glass, finishes , even batteries are included.
Gold - A semi comprehensive amc with a clear specified list of minor fast running parts that are included. All other parts will be supplied at cost as per price list prevailing.
Silver- This a labour only amc where parts required are charged extra. Preventive and call back services are performed in all 3 types of AMC.
Automatic door recommended for lifts being used at public buildings handling high traffic. Though they require more space in building as compared to manual doors, it is advisable to go for automatic doors. There is not need for a lift operator. The door panels can be designed to all to the dcor of the building.The range of lifts available is from 4 persons to 40 persons. The speed of travels ranged from single speed of 0.7ms to variable speed of 1.5ms. the cabin walls door panels can be of M.S. Powder coated or Hairline brush finished stainless steel. Glass doors can also be provided but are expensive, Normally centre opening doors are advised due to their ease of elegance, however in places with size constraint, telescopic doors can also be provided in which both the doors open towards one side.

Whenever it is required to lift materials from one level to another without the construction of a shaft as required in a regular lift, scissors type lifting platforms (Also called Hydraulic Tables) are used.
Hydraulic Tables are also used for the purposes of creating an approved basement parking to pass a building as per bylaws. Existing buildings can be converted very easily.
In order to identify the type and capacity of the hydraulic tables most suited to you, the following data are needed to be furnished by you:
Real Elevators has pioneered the use of Hydraulic Scissor platforms in car showrooms. The lifts work in a trouble free manner due to proper application of the concept of rolling Load.
All structural components of the scissors and the platform are designed for typical heavy loading by the welded construction method. The Hydraulic system and accompanying sub-systems are designed in order to enable easy-maintenance and friendly-usage.
Scissors Type Hydraulic Tables need 415 V - AC, 3-phase power with Neutral and 2 Nos. Earth. The scissors are mounted on a fixed base and are generally fitted in a pit so that the table is level at the ground floor. The platform can mate with each floor level so that there is minimum movement during vehicle rolling off at the floor level.
If the ratio of the travel height to the length of the platform exceeds 6:10 the table is designed with multiple scissors. The possibility of movement of the table at its elevated position when more than 3 pairs of scissors are used is avoided by the use of special heavy duty elongated pins at all scissor joints.

These lifts are built specially for usage by hospitals. Stretchers can be accommodated. Cabin walls if required can be washed or fumigated. There is no jerk in starting or stopping. The range of lifts is from 13 persons to 40 Persons with the minimum size being 3 x 7.
The cabin walls can be of M.S. painted, M.S. Powdercoated or Hairline brush finished stainless steel. Collapsible channel gates or Swing doors with glass vision windows can be provided. Swing doors can be varied from floor to floor to suit the dcor. Automatic doors can also be provided.
The lifts can be traction machine based or hydraulic machine based depending on the machine room location.

(Capacity is net liftable capacity. Hint : Fos small cars such as hatchbacks / Sedans, etc. it will be 2000 Kgs. For Larger Sedans and small SUVs the load capacity should be 3, 000 Kgs. For Large SUVs, Luxury Supercars, 4, 000 Kgs or even 5, 000 Kgs Lifts are preferred. For Armoured Cars, the manufacturer's weight specification should be accepted. Small lifts installed in kitchens for transferring cooked hot food, dirty utensils, raw materials, etc. to various pantries at all floors in multistoried hotels, large households, marriage halls, restaurants, etc. Dumbwaiters for kitchens are usually made of stainless steel so that they are not affected by steam, hot food, water, etc.
Dumbwaiters are also used in hospitals and0 departmental stores to carry stores to various levels in the building. These can be of S.S. or M.S.
The capacity starts from 20 Kgs onwards as desired. Sizes are from 1½’ x 1½’ to 3’ x 3’ or even larger as required. Only about 10” extra space is required in the building to fit this lift. Only one wall is required to support the smaller lifts. The entrance can be protected by either a swing window or vertical biparte doors.

Many old lifts with 20-30 years of service are often scrapped when new, better , faster lifts with latest amenities are installed.
Modernization is a process by which the old lift is stripped and while the metal frame (if good) is retained , the cabin, doors , machine , electrical system is put in new and in a short time the old lift is converted to a new and reliable lift.
Hydraulic lifts are especially suited for retrofitting because they need only wall support for the lift and the load is always transferred to the pit.
