C-line offers you a unique series of changeover Switches combining compactness with high performance & Customer convenience, thus making C-line a state-of-the-art product in changeover technology. The C-line range covers ratings from 63A to 2000A in 6 frame sizes. Changeover Switches are available in open execution, Sheet steel enclosure, fused version (Suitable for DIN type fuse link ) and motorised version.

The complete range conforms to IS/ IEC60947-3 standards. It also carries the CE marking signifying compliance to stringent European safety norms.

Versions:

Open execution Changeover S-D:

Changeover S-D, which can be commissioned in electrical panels are of open execution type and provide IP20 protection from front.

Changeover S-D in Sheet Steel Enclosure:

Changeover S-Ds are available in Sheet Steel enclosure with adequate Space for cable terminations so that additional cable entry boxes are not required. Cable gland plates are also provided with the switch. Enclosure provides IP 54 protect.

Changeover S-D suitable for HRC fuses:

The Changeover S-Ds for open execution can be easily converted to fused version at site by using fuse conversion kit. It provides the benefits of overload and short circuit protection through the fastest switching device-fuse, and is suitable for cylindrical & knife type (DIN) fuse links.

Motorised Changeover S-D:

Changeover S-Ds are available in Motorised version with control voltage 240 Vac. Manual Changeover switch can be easily replaced by Motorised Changeover without changing any of the electrical panel dimension.

• S-D-F range covers ratings from 32A to 800A. S-D-Fs range is available in both open execution & Sheet steel enclosure version (Suitable for 14x51 Cylindrical, DIN, BS type fuse-link)
• S-D-F range provides users with a high level of safety & Convenience. The complete range conforms to IS/ IEC60947-3 standards.
• It also carries the CE marking signifying compliance to stringent European safety norms.
• S-D-F's superior features translate into better safety & convenience for the users.
• Fuse barriers & Terminal shrouds provide protection against accidental direct contact. Terminal shrouds also protect against phase to phase short circuit through an external conducting path.
• Double isolation of fuses when S-D-F is in OFF position makes replacement of fuses risk-free.
• Positive ON / OFF indication ensures that the handle indicates OFF position only when main contacts are actually open.
• Large ground clearance eliminates possibility of phase to ground flash over.
• Built-in padlocking arrangement provided to lock the unit in OFF position prevents inadvertent operation of the unit.

L&Ts Supernova series motor protection circuit breaker (MPCB) integrates functions of a MCCB and thermal overload relay into a highly compact single unit. Equipped with a wide range current adjustment dial (with maximum/minimum ratio of 1.4 to 1.6), the MPCB easily adjusts to match the rated current of the motor, for optimum protection. MPCB provides protection against short circuit & overload. In an endeavor to bring light to areas facing perpetual power shortages, L&T has developed a unique solar-powered portable lantern D.VA popularly referred to as Diva, which is capable of emitting uninterrupted light for up to 10 hours at maximum brightness and as much as 40 hours in night mode, when fully charged. Conceived indigenously by the design team of L&T Electrical and Automation, this rechargeable off-the-grid innovative device offers several significant advantages over conventional solar lanterns.

D.VA can be charged through dual modes. Users can either harness sunlight and charge the device through solar panels of 5W rating, or use a regular mains (AC supply) charging adaptor in low or no sunlight conditions. Life span of the solar panels typically ranges between 20 and 25 years, while its high bright LEDs have rated life of up to 50, 000 hours.

Even with a power consumption as low as 2W, the uniquely designed metalized reflector of D.VA produces an output equivalent to a traditional 25W incandescent bulb or a 5W CFL. Also, its 360-degree uniform illumination is glare free and soothing to the eyes.

It is also equipped with salient features such as mobile charging and smart 4 LED battery status indicator.
