LED Dome Light is fitted with motion sensor installed at the center known, as PIR sensor. LED Dome Light detects the presence of moving objects within its range. If motion is not detected it works as a ‘Dim’ light. LED Dome Light uses minimum electrical energy reducing power consumption up to (8 Watt), resulting in lower electrical bill as mentioned in test comparison chart below.

As soon as PIR sensor detects any motion within its range, it turns the Dome light in bright mode, as it will illuminate maximum bright light at maximum power mode that is (20 Watts) till the motion is detected. An additional 1 minute delay plus is given to hold the light at maximum bright light. As soon as after 1 minute delay time, if no motion is detected by PIR sensor then it will again switchovers the Dom light in Dim mode consuming less power that is 8 watts. LED Dome Light is available in 2 year warranty.

Working :The water level controller WLC first checks underground water in the underground tank to the predefined upper level. Once the predefined upper level is achieved in the underground tank and if the overhead tank is empty (below predefined lower level) then the WLC switches on the pump. Whenever the pump starts, just after a minute the WLC checks the water flow. If the water flow is not achieved then the WLC gives the Dry Run audio visual indication and stops the pump. This saves the pump from dry running and saves electricity. Similarly when the water flow is sensed then the WLC checks the levels of water in the underground tank as well as overhead tank simultaneously. Once the water in the overhead tank fills up to the predefined upper level or the water is pumped below the predefined lower level in the underground tank the pump is switched off automatically. The WLC takes feedbacks from the float sensors and checks the levels of water in the overhead tank as well as the underground tank regularly. Similarly when the overhead tank gets empty, the WLC starts the pump provided there is enough water in the underground tank.

Initial Charging And Filling Instructions :

• Fill battery grade sulphuric acid in all the cells upto the specified levels.

• Acid specific gravity should be 1.250 0.005 at 27^o C.

• Charge to be initiated after at least 4 hours of initial soaking period.

• Charge the batteries with constant current as indicated in the table until battery voltage reaches above 15.6 V and for a minimum of 12 hours.

• Full charged specific gravity should be adjusted to 1.2500.005 at 27^o C.

• Ensure that the cell temperature never goes beyond 45^oC during charging. If it goes higher reduce the rate and continue charging.
