Sintering is a process for making articles from its base material in powder. Sintered Filter Cartridge are made by mixing elemental or alloy powders and compacting the mixture in a die, the resultant shapes are then sintered or heated in a controlled atmosphere furnace to bond the particles. Sintering is traditionally used for manufacturing ceramic objects and currently it is used for filtration application.
Due to sintering process, particles join with each other and form a porous structure which allows any gas, air or fluid to pass through without disturbing its structure. This structure is robust in nature to handle particle above stipulated micron rating. Such elements are back washed some time for cleaning purpose to remove deposited particle load. These sintered solid filters are able to withstand very high differential pressure across the filters.

Pleated Dust Collection Filter Cartridges are made of 100 % polyester media with different coatings on it, as per requirement of applications. This polyester media is made of high tenacity filament yarn without using any binding agent. Thus hard finished material is very stable against hot gas attach & structurally durable. This unique & hard finished material provides features of good pleat ability, high durability, and unique structure of very fine filament yarn, which offer high performance in filtration. Stainless Steel Filter Cartridges are designed to overcome chemical compatibility and the temperature limitations of synthetic or fabric fiber media. This Stainless Steel Filter Cartridges can withstand high differential pressure and offer very high temperature resistance. Stainless Steel Filter Cartridges are offered in SS 304, SS 316, & SS 316 l material. These elements can be cylindrical, pleated or plain configuration to increase filtration area. Normally all stainless steel cylindrical and pleated filters are supported with coarser filter media, to ensure any direct damages to main filtering media under process upsets. Oil Absorbing Filter Cartridges are formed in such a technique, that this filter media is capable of removing up to 95% of total hydrocarbons from water in a single pass. Filter media of these Oil Absorbing Filter Cartridges is the material containing modified cellulose. Dissolved oil, emulsions & dispersed droplets are adsorbed and retained from water by the filter media.
Oil Absorbing Filter Cartridges have been specifically developed and manufactured for the high efficiency removal of dissolved & dispersed oils from water, within the gas & oil production industries, contaminated surface water runoff, marine bilge and ballast water treatment systems & other industrial process industries.
