DynaTech Heat Exchangers

This system is to make oil cooler by using water as a contact agent. Oil, which is to be cooled is passed into the shell around dense copper tubes, having baffles, that makes oil to pass in a sinuous manner. Oil transfer the heat to water that is flowing through the copper tubes (different internal diameter of tubes are used depending on pressure and flow) having number of paths. This supplement the contact time of oil with water for efficient heat transfer. This type of DynaTech Heat Exchangers gives high efficiency i.e.T (T2-T1).

Every valve operated differently from one another. Like check valve allow free flow in one direction and block flow in other direction. The direction control valves allows pressured oil is either direction, depends upon the spool position. The pressure control valve shift at a certain pressure, the shifting/switching pressure can be adjusted on the valve. By adjusting the bore size or orifice, the flow can be regulated in flow control valve.

The servo and proportional valve can be used to execute as a direction, pressure or flow control function.

The power produced by a hydraulic motor is determined by the flow and pressure drop of the motor. The displacement and pressure drop of the motor determines the torque it generates. The power output is thus directly proportional to the speed. The motors range from high speed motors of up to 10, 000 rpm to low speed motors with a minimum of 0.5 rpm.The power of hydraulic motors can easily be calculated by the pressure drop and flow of motor. Also, the torque can be calculated by the displacement and pressure drop of the hydraulic motor.Note that low speed hydraulic motors are designed in such a way that large torques are generated at low speeds. High speed motors have better operational characteristics at speeds that are at least higher than 500 rpm.
