Auto main failure panel, is a unit designed based on microprocessor / programmable logic controller. Whenever the mains fail or healthy, it gives the command to the dg to auto start or to auto stop.

    Product specifications :-
    • When mains are healthy, DGS remain in the standby mode & when fails the master dg set get start automatically as per selection made
    • It checks the voltage is healthy for the dg and gives command to the dg-breaker to close the circuit.
    • It gives corresponding pulses to start load automatically.
    • The load is then sensed by kw transducer & dg parameters are continuously monitored.
    • In case of any fault the breaker is tripped & engine is stopped
    • It the load reaches & crosses 80% or as per selection of the related capacity of the first dg, then starting pulses are given to the second dg.
    • If voltage is healthy then the breaker-2 gets closed
    • After closing the second breaker, auto load sharing function starts between the two GE sets
    • The percentage of sharing is directly proportional to their individual capacities.
    • before synchronizing it is required to match the frequencies, phase angles & voltages of both the dg set necessarily
