Pipelines designed for the transport of crude oil, natural gas, refined oil derivatives as well as any fluid at temperature between -20o C and 120o C. Rapid Woodcoat is a special Polyurethane powder that provides excellent wood finish effect using sublimation. The coating offers excellent UV resistance. The coating exhibits excellent adhesion to both and Aluminium resulting in superior mechanical properties. The particle size distribution of Rapid Woodcoat is designed to meet the requirements of application by electrostatic spraying process.

This is specially selected epoxy resins and hardeners and formulated in order to meet the requirements of specifications related to external protection of underground steel pipelines and particularly as an anticorrosion primer prior to polyethylene coating application, according to so called “3-layer” technique. This can be applied up to 600 µm thickness.

The coating exhibits excellent adhesion to both copper and aluminium resulting in superior mechanical properties. The particle size distribution of Rapid Conductcoat is designed to meet the requirements of application by electrostatic spraying coating.
It is mainly used for Copper, Aluminium, Mild Steel, Cast Aluminium & Cast Iron.
Corrosion can be controlled by providing a barrier against the passage of ions and/or oxygen and water. The lower the permeability of the coating for these species, the better the barrier properties. It is important to realize that a barrier coating cannot repair corrosion products or other surface impurities already present on the metal surface. For corrshield properties, these coatings use a new polyester system technology. They either reduce or eliminate the pre-treatment necessity.
